Good sized bottle as well! Can’t speak on its effectiveness for hair growth or not as I have not used it long enough.

This is effective for me on my nails and skin, hair little hairfall (sometimes) affordable and take longer for a bottle to get empty. Packaging is also cute and easy to open. The gummy taste taste seems the same as before.

I like that better than a variety of flavors since I am not a fan of raspberry. It is rich in biotin and Lustriva advanced complex (which is arginine silicate inositol and magnesium biotinate. No Gluten, which is important to me.

Within a week, my skin broke out like never before—painful cystic spots all over my face. I kept using them, hoping my skin would adjust, but it only got worse. I had to stop, and my skin slowly cleared up. Maybe they work for hair growth, but the acne wasn’t worth it. Beware if you’re acne-prone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gummies have a great peach flavor and soft, chewy texture. They are actually delicious and pretty low in sugar (1 gram per gummy). They contain a high amount of biotin as well as minerals, amino acids, and vitamins clinically shown to help hair growth. I can’t attest to this as I only took the supplement for 30 days, and it can take 12 weeks to see a difference. But I love the ingredients and the ease of taking this supplement.
