The Garmin is everything I was hoping for—easy to set up, super accurate, and the user interface is incredibly intuitive. Whether I’m tracking workouts or navigating on a hike, it just works flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I have had my Vivosmart 5 for about a month. I wear it daily and like how easy it is to track my steps and reminds me when I have been in active too long. I also like that it tracks my heart rate and lets me know as it is getting higher and need to relax. The sleep mode also gives me great information about my sleep. It is a keeper!
Great!

I wish I could switch out bands. I abhor rubber watch bands.

I love my Garmin. Since I hot my Garmin, I have become more aware of my daily routine. I check my steps through the day and I try to break the day before record. I check my heart rate during the day and I can also keep track of how many glasses of water I drink each day.

The watch works fine. However the vibration alarm is not very strong. I have missed a couple alarms. The price could be better for what you get. Stil has to use your phone for tracking unlike other watches.

I ve been using the Garmin vivo5 for about 6 weeks. It has some great features but I am not sure if the band is to ridged. The charge only last 2 days. The red light flickers all night long with no movement from me. And I'm not sure why. But I have to go through and try to set up the G. P. S to track walks everyday. Is there a band that you can suggest.
Very versatile and easy to sync

I have had the vivofit 4 for years, but, sadly, it no longer is reliable. I replaced the last two too quickly. But, I mourn the lack of a battery in the vivosmart 5. I liked the one year (theoretically) of not being tethered to a charger. However the vivosmart 5 is way more techy robust. I think I like its ability to sync with my phone as well as my garmin products. I feel a little like I am "on call" but that is our contemporary world

I've had the Vivosmart 5 for over a year. It's ok, shortcomings: the button is hard to use- have to reboot every couple of months; very little personalization- treadmill is for running only; no more effort maps which was neat; and ugly plastic bands in ugly colors- no one makes neat aftermarket substitutes. It's a Garmin and the Connect app. I do like the size of the watch a lot. Love its connectivity to the app. Hoping Vivosmart 6 has better colors, better bands, better activity tracking (walk on a treadmill), and GPS so I don't have to carry my phone.

Love the features, especially the "Step" counter. Motivates one to move more. HOWEVER, when the watch was removed to charge, there was a HUGE bruise on my wrist!?!

I'm not a big fan of this one. It's not easy to use, not at all a fan of the interaction with the app. This watch has to be charged within 24 hours, so it's not able to be utilized as advertised. I have the settings for battery saving but it doesn't seem to help.
Better than my fitbit

I like the Vivosmart 5 better than my fitbit however I wish the battery level was displayed in the app and I'm disappointed with the limited choices of bands available to choose from.

I got mine a couple of weeks ago and loved it. Then it started going crazy. The date was wrong, time went crazy. Couldn’t get it to go back to normal so I’m getting anxious one. Thank God
Love it being waterproof.
