This all-in-1 replumping micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and eye makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Vera cleanses, removes makeup and skin looks replumped. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing leaving skin perfectly clean without over drying. Gentle on skin and can be used to remove face makeup and eye makeup. Removes mascara better than the leading face makeup wipes*. Approved by Cruelty-Free International under the Leaping Bunny Program. The gentle cleanser is formulated without alcohol, oils, fragrance and free from parabens, sulfates, and animal-derived ingredients. For all skin types, even sensitive.
Instructions: Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Removes mascara better than the leading face make up wipes*.

A: Hi there! The Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Mattifying was formulated to cleanse, remove makeup, and help purify pores. Micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing, leaving skin clean without a greasy residue left behind. This product was tested for use on the face, however, it was not tested for use on the scalp so we don’t have any information on the results you could expect there.

This is so convenient for cleaning my face at the end of the day! It removes makeup, dirt, and oil without overdrying my skin. I like that I just have to soak a cotton pad and wipe my face instead of going through the whole scrubbing process. It has no harsh smells and it's gentle on my skin.

The Mattefying Micellular water is the only product I’ve found that doesn’t break my face out (super oily skin) I’ve used it for years already and have been acne free ever since, this stuff has been a miracle. All the others are “no alcohol”, but I think the alcohol is why this one works so well lolz, I tried the rose water one and broke out terrible.

I love Garnier products, and I regularly use their micellar water, but I received their new Micellar Gentle Peeling Water in exchange for my honest review. I’m happy to report that it is just as effective as their regular micellar water,…not only does it effectively remove makeup but it also exfoliates gently. I personally rinse my skin off after using the product because I don’t want to leave chemicals on my skin.

I never write reviews for products but this one definitely needs to be looked into. I LOVE the bottle with the pink cap but unfortunately the target I go to was sold out. I decided to give this one a try but that was my worst mistake! It was alright the first few weeks that I’ve been using it, until I started developing really bad chin acne. Then last night I opened the bottle, poured some on my round cotton pads and noticed a horrible smell. Something that I’ve smelled before but never in any makeup remover I’ve ever used. Until it clicked. BREAK CLEANER! yes you might be shocked just as I was but it seriously smells just like it. There’s something off about this product do not buy!

I have really oily skin and I have used this for a while. I do like it, I do not know if it is best for my skin but it gets the job done. Never burns and good for sensitive skin.

Product made me breakout really bad, wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin. Plus there’s no seal on the bottle, it’s not tamper resistant.

I will never use any other makeup remover but this!!!! It’s so easy and effective. I love it for my mascara because I don’t rip my eyelashes off! You can rub your lashes veryyyy gently and it still takes it off. Plus the other makeup on my face. BUT, it doesn’t really help my oily skin. I only use this to remove my makeup
