This all-in-1 replumping micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and eye makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Vera cleanses, removes makeup and skin looks replumped. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing leaving skin perfectly clean without over drying. Gentle on skin and can be used to remove face makeup and eye makeup. Removes mascara better than the leading face makeup wipes*. Approved by Cruelty-Free International under the Leaping Bunny Program. The gentle cleanser is formulated without alcohol, oils, fragrance and free from parabens, sulfates, and animal-derived ingredients. For all skin types, even sensitive.
Instructions: Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Removes mascara better than the leading face make up wipes*.

Works great. I prefer it to the OG micellar water I usually get. I got this on a whim because HA is good with retinol. It leaves my skin so smooth and clean. Not greasy or patchy feeling at all. I got the giant bottle for the value and put it in a little airless pump jar to keep on my vanity and that works very well to save space.

I actually purchased this from my local HEB but leaving my review here. Giving it four stars because it really does hydrate my face and my face feels clean and looks plump but unfortunately it caused me to breakout with under the skin pimples. Luckily the pimples are “underneath” my skin and haven’t came to the surface much. Wanted to keep using this but…

I believe my rosacea skin was too sensitive for the concentration of hylauronic acid in this. If you have sensitive skin, I would just use the blue micellar water which works fine for me. This one made my skin burn and red for hours, unfortunatley.
