This thing cooks fast. I eat a lot of dairy free pizza and they always seem to burn. Not with this sheet. Not only did it cook my food perfectly it was fast. It's super easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received this 16x14 Air Insulated Cookie Sheet and it was packaged well. But now let me tell you how well this cookie sheet work. First its very heavy duty which I love. Second the quality is very durable and very easy to clean. Now when baking cookies its amazing it get them the perfect brown and i can take them out and the cookies stay soft and perfectly cooked. I would recommed this to anyone who loves baking cookies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookie sheet works very well. The non-stick is amazing. The biggest complaint was it came with a scratch on it, but it has not detrimentally affected the performance of the pan, nor has it caused the non-stick to chip off yet.

I read the instructions and believe I'm not exceeding anything, but every time we use it to cook (like a frozen pizza, about 400F) it makes such a stink in our house. Like burning chemicals

It is my go to cookie sheet as I can put much more on it than my other ones. I like how it is air insulated, has a nonstick surface and easy to clean after baking my favorite cookies. I would recommend this nonstick cookie sheet to others as it is awesome!

I do think it works well and I have not had any burnt bottoms, but it’s extremely slippery and I wish it had a rim. I think for nosy people this baking sheet would be fine, but for someone on a more professional level I would not suggest it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who loves cookies, I am always on the lookout for a cookie sheet that will bake perfect cookies and I think I may have finally found it. This cookie treat is designed amazingly well, it is perfectly smooth on the cookie baking side and has no lifted edges which is absolutely perfect for sliding cookies onto a cooling rack. The only side that is raised is the handle side, which makes it easy to pick up to place in and out of the oven. I will admit that the "air circulation" sounded like a gimmick to me, but I can honestly say, that it really seems to work. Cookies come out of the oven perfectly every time and they really do spend less time in the oven. Clean up is easy, I just wipe the pan clean and dry it, nothing sticks and the pan is ready for next time. This product is made from great quality materials, I have experienced no warping when baking and the tray remains perfectly flat. I love that this is a truly not stick pan, that with proper care, will last for a very long time. This is a fantastic product that I definitely recommend to others.

Has a nice nonstick surface to it. The first several times I heated it in the oven, it had quite a strange smell, not sure if that’s normal with new pans.

You know how they may be burnt on the bottom and gooey on top? This cookie sheet has helped me to fix that. The cookies were evenly cooked with no burned bottoms. Then, they slid right off. So be careful when pulling the pan out of the oven, haha! Great sheet for evenly baked cookies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my goodcook 16" x 14" cookie sheet. It is actually more like 16" x 15.5". There is a nice little lip and dip area to grab it out of the oven without poking your baking mit into the food. It is the perfect size for me. The non stick coating is PTFE and PFOA free. No need for parchment paper here. It is easy clean up with the non stick. I was shocked at how non stick it was. I have never made cookies with a dark colored pan. I was worried with it being dark colored that I'd have to adjust all of my cooking times/temperatures. After several batches of cookies I haven't had to adjust anything. Maybe it doesn't make a difference when only cooking for 10-12 minutes. Maybe on something much longer 30-45 min you'd have to adjust time/temperature? Pan still looks brand new and no warping. It says dishwasher safe, but I'll still handwash it. Its so easy to wash anyways since nothing sticks to it.

It did not take the full time to cook them because of the air circulation on the bottom. The cookies came out crispy like I like them and it took 8 minutes. Cookies slid right off the pan. You can't go wrong with this pan.

You just throw your favorite cookie recipe together and this cookie sheet won’t let you down. I hate it when I’ve made the perfect cookie and then a bad pan ruins them. This had air in the middle that seems to trap the heat and gently bake your yummies to perfection. You’re going to love it! I’ll admit I was concerned about the dark color as some nonstick bakewear I have that’s dark cooks things fast - nope! This was great. I followed my recipes as usual and had golden brown cookies and other pastries. I took a picture to show. Definitely grab some.
