Problems with two Gotrax hoverboards within two days of use!

Purchased two drift hoverboards for my kids from the Gotrax website for Christmas. Both had immediate problems. One began squeaking very loud with use after 1 day, which did not resolve despite trouble shooting. The second began displaying the error code shown in the picture and will now throw my daughter off the hover board, rendering it not usable. Gotrax has been supremely unhelpful and is now not responding to any support emails. I would not buy a product from this company!

Got this hoverboard for my 8-year-old son, and it's been a hit so far. The build quality is impressive, and it feels solid. We did encounter a mishap when he accidentally rode it through a small water puddle, resulting in some damage. Purchased this hoverboard for my nephew's 11th birthday, and he couldn't be happier. It's sturdy and durable, perfect for his adventurous spirit. However, we learned the hard way to keep it away from puddles and wet conditions. One rainy day left it temporarily out of commission, but a quick dry-out and it was back to providing endless fun.
