Appears very nice. But did not last 1 year. Had a electrical issue that made it cut on and off. Now it won't cut on at all

Suddenly ineffective after a little over six months of ownership. Out of nowhere where it will take 45-50 minutes to "brew" a pot of coffee. If I am lucky I will get almost three cups, I put in enough water for five cups. Highly disappointed in this product. I only bought this after accidentally tossing the basket to my Mr. Coffee maker that had been a reliable coffee maker for years.

Great coffee maker especially when having friends over for a coffee, love the keep warm feature for when im rushing out the door and i come back home to a piping hot coffee, though i would say the greatest appeal is the simplicity and ease of use, also it is quite a durable piece. if you're looking for something convenient and reliable this is the coffee machine to get

Spills every time when trying to pour coffee into the cup. I'm not sure what happens, but there is an issue when using a paper filter, getting coffee grounds into the coffee itself and the machine. Constantly have to use my French press to remove the coffee grounds.

Spills every single time when pouring. The spout does nothing to break the surface tension. Was looking for a small desk side coffee maker at my office, but there’s just no way to pour a cup without a mess.

I've owned mostly small coffee makers in my life and this is the only one that deserves a review. It works properly and even lets you pause and pour without dripping all over the hot plate. It was a fluke that I bought it on a trip - my hotel didn't have a decent coffee maker, and for the price it was cheaper to buy this and some good coffee, rather than go out for it daily. I had thought about leaving it behind, but somehow squeezed it into my luggage, and I'm so glad I did.

Great for personal use but unfortunately it does spill every time when pouring.

I like that is small and it will fit in any space.

It’s terrible unfortunately. When pouring the coffee into the mug, the coffee drips on the side and makes a mess. More coffee spilt on my counter than in my mug. I am going to stick to Black and Decker products. Their price is worth it.

Doesn’t work well very unhappy with this item

The coffee is good but the design of the pot is awful. Can't get into the pot for walking and the spout is so small you have to pour so slowly to avoid spilling. Wish I had chosen a different brand.

Carafe didn't last. The glass is extremely thin & broke while simply washing it with a SPONGE. Then when I called the maker of this CoffeeMaker, they quoted $25 for a Replacement carafe!

The spout is shaped in a way that promotes spillage. Poor design.

It slides on the counter top when removing and replacing the carafe so I put a small non-slip pad underneath it towards the rear, problem solved, otherwise a good mini coffee maker.

This coffee maker is totally not useable because the paper filter keeps collapsing after the brewing process, making a total mess with the coffee grind spilling out. I tried it 2 or 3 more times with the same results. It collapsed on the cover hinge side, so I think it's a design issue. I am surprised no other reviewers report it.

i only used this for like 3 times, it makes horrible coffee the design is terrible

Great little coffee maker. I am pregnant and typically a Nespresso gal, but my taste buds are craving just regular drip coffee as of late. So happy to find this little coffee maker that will keep my coffee warm while I’m sipping :)

Was gifted ground coffee so needed a regular coffee brewer instead of my Keurig. This machine is perfect for me. Brews the perfect amount, small size and looks nice. The coffee tastes great also. Great price.
