The Graco® Sense2Snooze™ Bassinet with Cry Detection™ Technology is the only baby-operated bassinet by Graco®. The Cry Detection™ Technology uses a built-in microphone that's designed to hear baby's cries and respond by automatically adjusting the bassinet's settings to help soothe baby back to sleep. With head-to-toe soothing motion, 3 different speeds, 2-speed vibration, white noise, 10 sleepy songs, and 10 soothing sounds, the bassinet can find the right combination of settings to help calm baby. The bassinet also includes settings that allow you to save baby’s favorite soothing combinations. Dimmable lighting on the parent controls makes it easy to adjust the settings day or night. I bought this not too long ago. I moved to a bigger home for me and my son and I lost the power cord. I bought a replacement and the replacement is not working on the bassinet.

Similar to many others, my bassinet does not turn on! I am desperate to get it to work again, and willing to buy whatever replacement parts I need to in order for it to work again, but I’m not sure what part to get besides the adapter. My current adapter is the original adapter and has no issues with the connection. The bassinet will not light up or indicate it is receiving any power, and my attempts to get in touch with customer service were met with “technical difficulties, try again later”. I’m leaving a review so that hopefully a team member will contact me and we can find a solution to fix my baby’s bassinet! I love this product and I am so upset, especially seeing this happens to many products given the price! You would think if the issue was the motor the lights would still come on and indicate it was receiving power.

I wanted the idea of the snoo without the price tag and this is the best option I found. My first baby slept in a regular bassinet and struggled with sleeping through the night for a long time, we got this one for our second baby and they slept so much better and even transitioned to a crib much easier. I didn’t use the sound detection very often, I was usually up out of bed by the time that kicked in, but the rocking feature helped resettle our baby a lot and she sleeps really well know at 4 months old we transferred her to her crib. It was worth the $$ for us to actually get sleep the first three months which were brutal with our first.

This bassinet has everything I wanted and it worked great for 3 weeks!! Now it just died and won’t turn on and we tried a new adapter plug and checked everything. Sooo much money for something to not turn on and now my baby won’t sleep without the vibration she loves. So frustrated as I’ve seen so many reviews like this and they only use it to 20lbs.

After only a few uses, the product won’t bassinet won’t turn on. We replaced the power cord and made sure the wires are appropriately attached, and it isn’t turning on. Very disappointed.

Rocking Mode = Terrible Clicking Noise

This bassinet would be amazing if it weren’t for this horrible, constant clicking noise it makes when on the rocking mode. Even on the lowest setting it still makes the sound and it’s incredibly annoying. Definitely invest your money into a product that DOESN’T cause a distracting noise.

Just went to put our 4 month old in it and it will not turn on. Checked the wall connection and verified that there was power at that outlet. Verified that connection at the bassinet was secure and still no power.

Loud Rocking and Vibration Stopped Working

Started making a loud noise while rocking and the vibration mode stopped after approximately 6-8 weeks. Contacted graco to fix under warranty and they replaced the base-which fixed the rocking for a short amount of time, but now after using for another month the loud noises have started again. The vibration was never fixed through the warranty process, which is extremely disappointing. When it worked properly my baby loved it.

Cry Detection has never worked right

Love that this bassinet rocks and vibrates, my baby loved it. Unfortunately the Cry Detection feature has never worked right. It just goes off randomly, even when the room is silent and there's no baby in the bassinet. I had to turn it of because it would actually go off when my baby was sleeping soundly and would WAKE him. No thanks. Would be great if Cry Detection actually worked.

Rocking lasts, vibration motor gives out

I registered for this bassinet as I did not want the pricey Snoo. The bassinet is well built, easy to assemble, good height. My newborn was great sleeping in it right from the start. We loved the vibration setting and the rocker. The sounds are a little loud so we did not use them at all, instead had a softer sound machine in our room. The vibration was great for about 4-6 weeks and somewhere in there the motor started to go. I do not think that is right but I will say that it forced us and our baby to get used to just the rocking which helps with transition. By 2 months we completely stopped using the rocker overnight as well to help with transition and it made for a great stationary bassinet. Our baby was able to rock himself even when it was off. Overall I really like this bassinet and I would recommend it. Just know you won't get the vibration for long. ALSO - Buy a few bassinet fitted sheets because you cannot wash the pad where the baby sleeps.

Don’t waste your money on this P0S bassinet, my child made a mess in it and it’s impossible to take apart and clean where they made the mess. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND. Graco doesn’t make it possible to take netting off for proper cleaning.
