submitted byEmily - 6 months agoA: It is not detachable like most car seats. We had to bring the whole thing in when getting sent home from the hospital, it is not easy to move around with but is helpful for spinning in the car to get baby in the car seat.

A: You can turn the car seat whenever you need to get your toddler in/out of it, it is very easy compared to other car seats. The only time it must remain locked in rear or forward facing is when the car is moving with the child in the seat. You can leave the seat turned any way if child is not in it to allow extra room.

I just tried to install the seat for rear facing and could not get it tight enough to "not move more than an inch". Turns out the greco instructional video is wrong. They say to leave the black leash attached and have it outside the compartment door. However the instruction manual doesn't show that and other videos say to remove it. Once the leash is removed the straps can be fully tightened. Now I'm skeptical of any greco marketing material because it's not reviewed by the engineering staff for accuracy.

FedEx delivery is the worst! Why the box practically looks open when you can clearly see it’s a car seat. Target , please do better with a delivery company specially when people are spending over $350 on an item. Nobody wants to receive a box that is either opened or appears to have been opened. Of I wanted an open box I would have gone to a thrift store and purchased a used car seat

I love this car seat! I have an injured shoulder and this helps get my baby in and out of the seat with more it having to turn awkwardly. My little also loves spinning around, she giggles when I spin her. FYI, look up a video on how to install, it is more complex than other car seats.

It turns easily with one hand! That was the whole point of purchasing this particular car seat. So far so good. What I don’t like is the seat itself is extremely heavy. I guess that’s not a deal breaker, but it’s hard to switch the seat to another vehicle due to its weight.

I have had this for two years. Bought before buy buy baby closed and before my daughter needed it. Well one year in and the spinning function of the car seat is broken. I have tried reaching out about it but have gotten a sorry can’t help. I LOVEd this car seat but now while I drive she spins… doesnt seem safe to me… so sad. Please don’t expect a warranty claim on something.

Graco is such a good brand, my brother bought a car seat of theirs recently for his new baby, and no complaints so far. It’s a nice color which seems like it doesn’t get dirty easily. Installation was easy, and very versatile. Safety seems top notch. All in all, he hasn’t had any complaints about it, and he mentioned that his favorite thing about it is that it has 2 cup holders for when the baby is big enough to grab things on his own.

This seat does not stop wobbling. I contacted graco and they sent me the install video from YouTube. I basically already have that video memorized as I have to reinstall everyday. Also didn’t realize until this issue that once you forward install you can no longer turn it USELESS…it’s going back

Undelivered item

I can’t tell if this car seat is good or bad as it was undelivered. I bought it on black Friday and it was supposed be delivered however, I got an email stating that there was an error and it couldn’t be delivered. I called customer service who proceeded to tell me that I would have to repurchase it at the price that was online. The Black Friday price was 239 after the discount, the original price is 349.99. Now let me ask if they hadn’t plan on delivering it why was it on sale and why isn’t there an explanation as to why it could not be delivered. Also why wasn’t I allowed to repurchase at the discount price as it wasn’t my fault the my item never got delivered and was returned to target.
