This appliance is really amazing. I bought the Elite version of this grill because it has the higher heat setting for searing. We’ve made waffles, burgers and steaks, and they all turned out fantastic. The foods release easily without needing any oil, and cleanup was a breeze.
Minor gripe but I'm still frustrated.

If I buy the small waffle maker I get regular and Belgian waffle pans. If I buy the big dog multi grill I can only get the Belgian waffle plates (the regular waffle plates aren't even an option I can buy as an accessory). So now I'm forced to buy the cheaper limited use smaller waffle Iron for both waffle options and NOT the more expensive 'elite multi grill' (which I would have bought in a second) as well as spend more money on some extra regular waffle plates (which I would have also bought). There was an opportunity here to make sense and take my money but that's not even an option. I'm mad enough about this I think I'll buy the Breville out of spite.

I have waited for years to order this waffle maker! Finally got it for Christmas this year. It works awesome, the waffles turn out great. The removable plates are so awesome as cleaning was the worst part of my last waffle maker. (And the teflon, which is the real reason I wanted this waffle maker! Not having to worry about teflon leaking into my waffle!) Would definitely recommend!

This is a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I will wait for her opinion after she starts using it. Get back to be in a year for a MEANINGFUL review. How can someone in good faith review anything within a couple of weeks of buying it? Does it make any sense to ask me to write a review so soon?

The folks at greenpan sent this with no directions...it's straight forward. Nope. I'm speaking to the waffle function only. The start/stop button you push it 3 times, I think, it picks when it wants to pre heat, in the middle of when your making waffles. You can't change the time despite a time knob and on the 1 setting, they are too brown. There are dashes under the time on the screen, a 1 setting has 4 dashes a 2 setting has 2 dashes...what does this mean.. No clue, they sent no directions. I tried both, can't figure it out, that's only when I can remember to push start at the proper time, each and every time. I guess the green pan folks don't have kids when they cook waffles.

We have only used this a couple of times so far since getting it, but it has been great. We haven't made waffles in years because I didn't want to use traditional waffle irons. I feel so much better using this and we even used it seal wraps too. We're very happy with our purchase!

Makes great waffles, easy to clean and store. The unit is truly non-stick, and waffles are delicious. We have a need for gluten free waffles, and we have been using a gluten free mix from Sprouts. We will try the recipe that came with the unit by substituting a gluten free flower.

This is an amazing multi use piece of equipment I wanted in my kitchen, and I’m so happy with my purchase. I replaced our old waffle iron and griddle for this, and I got a panini press with it! It works so well in every way! I did not have the issue of another reviewer saying it was “so nonstick” that the items slipped out. You just need to bring the lid down properly over the top.

This product is great! We love the different plate attachments. I can make waffles and after make eggs and pancakes at the same time. The waffle timer is great! First time using at level 4, and the waffles came out nice and fluffy! I will play around with the other levels to see how the waffles change. This purchase was worth it with all that you can do with it!
