Description
Welcome to HABA's Clever Up! Building System. Building blocks help children to fulfill two natural needs: imitating the grown-ups and constructing things. This is how children familiarize themselves with the adult world. Children use the building blocks to playfully shape the space around them and at the same time begin to grasp the concept of the third dimension. Through constant repetition and trial and error, they also acquire an empirical understanding of the laws of physics. Cleaning Instructions: HABA recommends using a cloth lightly dampened with warm water. If you wish to disinfect the toy with a cleaning agent, use a small amount of either water and a mild dish soap or a water & vinegar essence mix. Both options work extremely well in destroying bacteria and cleaning wooden toys. After cleaning, wipe the toy dry with a clean cloth. Remember, Wood is a natural material that soaks in moisture. Do not ever submerse wooden toys in water or place in a dishwasher. Disinfectants (even organic baby wipes), should not be used as they can damage the water based protective coatings applied to protect the stains or paints beneath.

I also love them. I play with these alongside by daughter and I have a blast. I also like that they are wood instead of cheap plastic. We have sooooo much plastic in the house and I am really starting to like the transition to wood toys. I also love that my daughter is learning while playing with these.

The shapes are simple, which gives them great inspiration to build whatever they like. My younger child likes to build bridges and see how high he can stack the blocks without it falling. My older child likes to build castles. Set comes with a canvas bag, to house the blocks after usage. Block material is beech. Love that these blocks aren't bulky and requires little space for storage.

I love watching him pick them up and stack them and clap proud of what he did! There easy to use clean and easy to store!

They love to build houses, towers, and forts. This toy keeps them busy playing for quite some time, which is a plus.

It even looks great to display your childs creations on their bedroom floor until they knock it down. It is a great educational toy. My son has been playing with this and really giving thought to how he builds up. I will definitely add to his collection but it is not necessary. The cute cotton bag that comes with it to put the blocks away or to even bring to a friends house is great. The booklet is very informative. I highly recommend this set.
