The design of this unit is super sleek and modern. Very easy to use. I was barista for 17 years. Highly recommend this unit. It is fantastic.

The programmable option is great however we could not get it to brew to our standards. Never seemed to brew the right amount or strength based on the amount of coffee added.

It was really easy to set the clock. Everything is simple and straightforward. There is also an option for stronger coffee. And a programmable feature so your coffee is brewed when you get up in the morning. I love it!
