The positives for me: it's easy to use, easy to clean and is small so I can store it easily which is a big deal when you don't have a lot of storage space. The plates removed making clean up a breeze. There's nothing worse than an appliance that takes longer to clean than it does to use. The only drawback and I'd say it's a very minor one is that it doesn't have an indicator letting you know your sandwich is done. Don't forget to check on your sandwich or you may get it a little more crispier than you want. All in all a great little appliance. One of my daughters has a gluten sensitivity so she's not able to eat the breakfast sandwiches that you can buy in your local grocery stores freezer section. The great thing about this sandwich maker is the ability to customize the sandwich with your favorite meats, cheeses, veggies, etc giving you a lot of options way more than pre-made. We made our sandwiches with both regular and gluten free English muffins, cooked bacon, eggs, and sliced cheese. Everything heated up nicely, melting the cheese and crisping up the English muffins. I've made a total of 10 sandwiches and each time the eggs came out fluffy and cooked all the way through.

I topped it with cheese and Canadian bacon. Scrambled my egg, poured it in the top compartment and in 5 minutes I had a great sandwich! The quality of this sandwich maker is superior! It's made of non-stick material although they do recommend you spray it lightly. The insides lift right out for easy cleaning. Instructions are easy to follow. It does not have a timer so I just set my timer for 5 minutes and it worked out perfect. Highly recommend this product if you need to make breakfast in a hurry!!

I get my sandwich started and the get my coffee started. No need to get out the pans and get the toaster ready. It's all done with this little guy. No more waiting in line at the drive thru for me!

Only complaint was that the egg can be runny and may escape the egg section. Otherwise very easy to use and clean which is a huge plus. Will get a lot of use in this house for many breakfasts and lunch sandwiches.
