While all our ingredients are thoroughly evaluated to be safe and effective when used as directed, we recognize some people may have personal sensitivities and cannot tolerate a particular ingredient or formulation. We do recommend discontinuing the use of the product if you haven’t already but please keep it on hand in the event we may need to retrieve it. To remove any kind of residue we recommend washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo. As you may now, tangled hair is very common and can be made worse by combing or brushing the hair while it's wet. To detangle your hair apply a conditioner directly to dry, tangled hair, and leave it on for several minutes. With a fine-toothed comb, gently comb your hair through, starting at the ends and inching up to the roots.
