So watered down and absolutely no flavor at all. I tried 5 things to try and save it and I just couldn't make it good enough to eat. Tried 3 other bowls of this brand and all of them were very bland.

Pretty good! I came across a stem or two in the few times I’ve tried it. Overall I loved the amount of veggies and tomato. I don’t know that I’d say the pesto was present enough. For sure think that could be improved. Great with a little Parmesan cheese.

This seems like a nutritional knockout compared to most frozen dinners. The sodium is about as low as I’ve seen on a product like this. I see kale stems on other reviews like that’s a bad thing. I’m used to collards and greens in the south - kale stems are good for you. I wish they made products like this re: sodium content - impressive

First off, it was my error in not reading the all ingredients. I saw the “Ancient grains pasta” banner and “pesto” on the front of the box along with tomatoes and what looked like spinach in the picture. Yes, there is spinach in it, but more kale and chard. I hate both, too bitter. I also thought the 1 1/2 inch long tough, woody stems might be asparagus. Nope, no asparagus in the ingredient list. The chicken pieces were very tiny, dry bits. I saw three pepitas. Additionally, the lemon is overpowering. I purchased this due to the low carbohydrate count and high protein. For $4.99 I forced myself to eat all but the stems after adding a lot of parmesan cheese. I’ll stick to the Cheese and spinach ravioli, my favorite LC meal.

Terrible, so many stems you can’t even chew it. If you like eating stems and lemons, go for it. The cafe steamer chicken and pesto is awesome, so I was soo disappointed.

I really like the chicken and pesto cafe steamers. But this power bowl is absolutely terrible. It was mostly stems that were woody. I was looking to see if overcooked asparagus was involved but it was not. So if you like eating stems and lemons eat this. It’s the worst frozen meal I have had I think.

This was the worst thing Ive ever bought to eat. There were so many bits that were sharp and inedible. I don't know if it was the kale or what but it literally felt like a wood chip scraping down my throat when I swallowed. It also tasted horrible and there was next to NO meat in it. Ive liked several other power bowls in the past but this makes me never want to buy one again.

I have really loved these low carb frozen entrees... until I tried this one. There were small cubes of what felt and tasted like wood chips. I cook them as instructed. It smelled good but from my first bite until my last, (which was my 4th bite) Or was HORRIBLE!! There were bits of stems and sticks. The "meat" was NOT MEAT! It was wood! I'm so disappointed because I've bought 3 of each of these Power Bowls to help get my through my first 2 weeks of Atkins. I'm only allowed 20 carbs per day. I now i will be without dinner for 3 nights and I think you should reimburse me. The kale and the spinach was ok, but the chard has still had roots and stems in it. It was AWFUL!

I love all of the things that are described to be in this bowl. I thought I’d give it a try. It’s NOT good. It tastes like someone went and cut grass clippings and mixed it with some stale pasta.

I’ve purchased this product several times and each time it is filled with multiple kale stems which are practically inedible. They are tough, chewy and taste like eating a tree branch. Plus there were close to 5-7 of them in the bowl.

There is little to no chicken in this bowl, as advertised on the box. I found 3 tiny slivers of chicken. I paid $5 for a bowl of frozen kale and not much else.
