I received item, it was a set of two and one was missing the part that you press down to stick to window. I plan on returning.

One didn’t work at all and then then other one only holds for about 20 minutes. I was trying to hold a set of Christmas lights with 8 holders, so it didn’t have a lot to hold. Don’t buy.

This two pack of hooks is great. Perfect for hanging our wreath on our glass door. Cleaning the glass first is a must, then pull hook down to suction the hook to the glass. Not sure why so many people seem to have a problem with these. Works well.

Yes, these absolutely work. Despite the fact that that the description says for ceilings (which assumes materials such as painted drywall) these hooks are NOT for surfaces that are NOT perfectly smooth. These are NOT for drywall, concrete, wood, particle board, etc even if painted. If you have made it work on those surfaces…either it’s black magic or you’re lying lol. Surfaces for suction would be glass, fiberglass, possibly metal, potentially melamine, or say the side of a smooth, untextured fridge.

Yup, they actually work - a great system for creating suction that stays put. I hung stained glass on my window and its nice to know I can trust these.

Works great and easy to use

Perfect on smooth surfaces. Lift up the hook up all the way, place the suction cup on the surface, bring the hook all the way down. Actually had a hard time pulling it off the glass when needed. I was able to hang jackets and towels with no problems.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Doesn’t even suction/stick. Pointless.

Would rate this 0 stars if I could. The product does not stick on glass or smooth tile, no suction whatsoever.

Seemed okay at first, but one of them was constantly popping off the glass. Tried to mount it more firmly in hopes it would stay, but the rotating plastic piece just broke when I tried to lock in the suction. Very fast way to waste money, all just to accomplish something so simple. Avoid!

Wouldn’t stick to the window no matter how much I tried to make it work. Kept falling off and the item I was hanging was only about 1 lb., so that shouldn’t have been too much weight for it to handle.

Bought these hoping they would be stronger than basic suction cups. Nope. Constantly fall off the wall. I've followed the instructions exactly and they still don't work.

These are the absolute worst hooks. They do not stay fastened with or without a lightweight item. Do not attempt to use these hooks. I purchased a number of them before I realized they do NOT work. Would return them if I had the packaging.

Piece of crap. They keep falling, I gave up. I bought two packs and opened them, so I can’t return them.
