I love the Hisense TV, but hate the Google TV streaming app. Once in a while it will shut the TV off normally, but more often than not when we're trying to turn it off it forces us to either reboot in safe mode, which we can't get out of, or to unplug the TV for five minutes to reset it. This is extremely frustrating and I hope Google has an update with a fix in the near future.

tvs should not collect data on you. you should not have to log in or create an account to use a tv. you should not have to tell your tv over the course of several prompts that you don’t want it to know your location or viewing habits. it’s annoying at best and harmful/unethical at worst. you should be able to plug it in turn it on and access ALL of the advertised features and functions without having to log in or do anything else at all. 2 stars only bc the picture is good

This brand Hisense only has a 1 year warranty and it only lasted 2 years before complete blackscreening. Like throwing money down the drain. Don't bother with wasting it.

Let's be honest here. This is not state of the art but I was not in the market for a tv that breaks the bank. At $240, this tv is impressive. Picture is 8 of 10. On board sound is 9 of 10. I put this on a par with an LG or Samsung that costs $150 more but my wallet could not be happier. If you can get this for under $250, I guarantee you will be pleased. PICTURE SETTINGS Picture Mode: Filmmaker Mode Picture Size: 16:9 Contrast: 49 Black Level: 0 Gamma: Bt1886 Color: 49 Hue: G4 Sharpness: 0 Color Temperature: Warm 1 Brightness: 62 Color Space: Auto All other settings should be set to off or at zero.

Remote is missing! Only got the batteries. No navigation buttons on brand new setup without remote. I couldn’t connected to remote on the app either since I couldn’t navigate out of setup mode for WiFi.

Picture looks standard and audio was good, Although,was hard to navigate, and aspect ratio option was terrible to change the picture size. Also a big issue is because how the tv was built in the back, a Roku Streaming Stick 4K Streaming Device will not be able to fit into this port. So If you have one don't bother. Will be returning this back to the store.

I watched The Avengers movie on Disney Plus in 4k, and the movie was crisp, clear, and enjoyable to watch. The sound was loud and clear, and the TV had 4k, Dolby sound, and a nice screen for a decent price. I would definitely recommend buying this TV.
