    Just plugged my gift in and twice it has turned off even though I had it set on the1 hour timer. Also, the sticker for the remote to be removed was so strong that it pulled the face plate (sticker) off. Hour 1 and it already has issues.

    Wife bought one a little over a week ago. Worked great, but stopped diffusing a day or two ago. Cleaned the tube and pickup. The air blows through, but it's not picking up the oil. It's the stock oils that came with it.

    I have got this as a present about 10 mths ago. I have it in our living room and we also have the fan on. You can see t it right you come into our house. I have it on only 4. You can smell it. My only trouble is that when I take the top of to change or fill the bottle I noticed there is oil standing on the bottom and I guess it is leaking. Not sure what to do with this issue.

    I have had the SereneScent for a little over a week. It is located in my family room. I am using the SereneScent Amalfi Bliss. To be honest, I don't even know if it is working. I turn it on every day for 8 hours at level 9, and there is no serene scent in my family room. I had my mom over for Mother's Day, and she saw it and thought it was a speaker. Mom didn't notice any scent in the house. I leave the house, but when I come back into the house, I do not notice the smell. As for the money, I am not impressed. I was hoping for more and unfortunately I do not feel this is going to work for my family.

    Purchased this diffuser after also having a more expensive version of the same one. I'm much more impressed with the quality of the Homedics version. It puts out a stronger fragrance even on the lowest setting. Even though the scent is stronger it doesn't diffuse too much oil to be overwhelming.

    I am really big on making sure my environment smells good. I wanted to give this diffuser a try as my other one wasn't perfect. No matter the intensity, I can't smell this unless I'm right near the diffuser. I don't know if it's the unit, or if the quality of oils is low, but this was a waste of money and disappointing.

    I bought this Mabe 6mo ago. It works fine but, you really can't smell much unless you are standing next to it. Or have a fan behind it blowing the scent around. It just goes straight up so there is no scent blowing in the house.

    I purchased this product during the Xmas holidays, I find your product is not what it is billed as the price is way to high I t does not even come with a battery for the remote, which I still have not gotten the cover off. All in all I am not pleased.

We'd like to offer you some additional information about the diffuser. To remove the diffuser head, simply pull up on the top portion of the unit. You'll then attach the bottle of oil to the head of the unit and place the head back onto the base. These instructions can be found on page 3 of the user manual. Additionally, ensure that you've removed the pull tab from the remote control before using it, as this activates the included battery. Plug the adapter into the wall and the diffuser. The diffuser will emit a beep to indicate that it's plugged in and on. If already plugged in, press the button located on the diffuser base or remote. For more information on using the timer and other features, please refer to page 4 of the user manual.
