I'm looking for a carpet cleaner, the reviews look good but watching that video leaves me questioning, does it really work or was that just a really bad stain

This is by far the worst carpet cleaner I have ever used. I have tried to get a hold of people multiple times on their customer service line and can never get through to anyone. This carpet cleaner doesn't even let the water come out. It completely stopped working after the first time of it being used. If I could give this no stars I would. What a waste of money. I'm stuck with it because the store won't take it back either.

I love the machine I lost the cap to the water reservoir and need a new one. Having trouble buying the replacement cap.

Dirt Devil gave me this product to try, and life will never be the same. Works extremely well and has been able to clean up any number of messes our 3 dogs could cause. Have rented industrial carpet cleaners before and the difference is negligible with this product. Thank you Dirt Devil!

LOVE this carpet cleaner! Very powerful for how light weight it is! My old one was bulky / heavy and had hard to reach areas when cleaning out. This one is so user friendly. I have a newly retired husband who had really bad track marks from in & out of his "man cave" and never thought they'd be gone! It did the best job of any other cleaner I have had! It also dries super quick! And again, it's so light weight, simple, and powerful! Assembly and clean up was a breeze. I am now more inclined to clean the carpet more often! Truly an enjoyable and rewarding experience! Pics reflect different time of day from start to dry with overhead lighting and natural morning light.

I received this product for free. The instructions were a little confusing. I first used without the clear bottom. Once figured out it works very well. It also leaves the floor slightly wet.

Carpet cleaners have always been very intimidating to me. My only experience was with cleaners you can rent which are always gross and huge. This one was light weight, easy to put together and so simple to use! It brought my carpets and rugs back to life and cleaned out some old stains I had in my carpet.

I recently got a new puppy and she has had a few accidents in the house. My carpet cleaner arrived just in time. This magical machine it has saved my rug. I also used it on my couch cushion (not its intended purpose but when life gives you lemons, am I right?) and it worked wonders on a ketchup stain. I can't imagine my life without this.

I was given this carpet cleaner by Dirt Devil to review its performance. The cleaner only has a few parts that require assembly and I was able to begin cleaning the carpet within 10 minutes of opening the box. Once I began cleaning I was shocked to see how much dirt the cleaner pulled from a rug that I didn't feel was that dirty (picture attached). I also carried the unit upstairs with no problem and cleaned an area that we had already manually scrubbed where our dog had gotten sick. The carpet cleaner made a huge difference. The carpet looked and smelled much better than before. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Dirt Devil gave me this product to try, and I am pleased! Easy to use and cleans well. The carpet feels very clean and soft after a few passes, but it was not 100% dry. Formula that came with the product was a refreshing scent. The packaging and instructions need to be clearer on the clear suction piece of the carpet cleaner. I did not know how to attach the front and that it needed to be on there for water to get sucked up.

Dirt Devil gave me this product to try. After testing out the carpet cleaner on my indoor/outdoor rug, I was very satisfied. We have a dog in the house and dirt can easily be left on the carpet. The Dirt Devil carpet cleaner was easy to assemble and use. It was lightweight and provided a deep clean to remove pet stains. I was pleased with the easy clean of the machine as well. Overall, this was a great product that met the needs of my home.
