Purchased as a birthday present for my son. Opened the box, assembled item, charger remained green. No power to board. Electrical issue and cannot reach Hover company by phone.

We have the Eagle-1 scooter which I bought new on 27 Nov 2019. My daughter is now 12 (was 11) and weighs 85 pounds soaking wet. It has been used very gently and still looks new. The battery has consistently de-generated and now will only allow a few minutes of use. It was great to start with, but now it is just about useless. I own three Hover-1 products, of which only ONE is still working (Hype Hover-1 Hy-H1). The company only responded to my trouble ticket about the Hover-board and ONLY because it is 1 month out of warranty. I did not ask them for warranty work I asked them where I can buy the two parts I need for it (which btw are COMMON PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BOARDS-Hall Sensors). I asked them to tell me how and where I can order the parts. I have sent numerous emails, and they will not reply. As for my Daughters Eagle Folding Electric Scooter, OMG, what a hunk of junk. Initially it was fantastic. But after a few weeks, we noticed that it went from 4 bars fully charged down to 3. It still shows 3 bars but will only work for about 2-3 minutes, tops. Absolute junk. I have a ticket open with them with multiple requests for a response, but I have received...NOTHING, NOTTA, ZERO, CRICKETS. I will NOT EVER buy another Hover-1 product in my life time. Please, do your research before you buy. They do not stand by their products and they certainly will not back them. Their customer support is next to useless. I hope this helps someone make the right decision.
