Q: Hello, I just started trying to set up my cameras (twin set) and one of them works perfect, but the other doesn't (green led is on). Pair button won't do anything. Hard reset didn't work either.

Q: Hello, can you use the parent device AND Hubble App to view at the same time? What can the app control? Your description is limited. For example, can app pan and zoom camera?

Q: Does this unit have VOX and/or movement alerts sent to the parent unit? Can the sensitivity of these alerts be adjusted from the parent unit?

A: Hello Fabian, We appreciate your interest in our product. Unfortunately, none of our products support the Vox feature. The monitor doesn't get activated by sound or motion. Q: Are you able to use this monitor without WiFi? If you were just wanting to use the tablet to view as opposed to the app? I'm curious to know if it would work if WiFi wasn't working for some reason.

The camera is the unit that is WiFi-enabled and you can pair it with the HubbleClub app for remote live streaming and other features. The use with the app is optional though. I’m OBSESSED with this camera and the Hubble Connected App! I recommend this to anyone in my circle when they are expecting. From super easy to setup to being able to share access for just a few hours when we have a babysitter, the Hubble system has so much to offer. I love that you can access your monitors both from the parent module and the app on your phone. If, for whatever reason, we aren’t able to use the app (WiFi loss or app updating), we can still can keep an eye on our little one with the parent module. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with the actual camera and just love the app and all of its features! I would buy and buy again!

Product worked fine for about a year, then suddenly the camera died. Tried working with customer service to reset it but none of their steps would get the camera to pair/reset. They told me it was a hardware problem within the camera but since it was over a year since the purchase date, the warrant was no longer valid. For a product that is typically purchased prior to a baby being born, a 1 year warranty from the purchase date sure shows what they expect out of their product. The connectivity was not always the best but never caused much of an issue. We liked the features of the system, but the fact that the camera died within a year of use, I would not recommend.

Product worked fine for 3 months and then died in the middle of the night. Tried placing the warranty claim and was given the run around for 2.5 months before having to purchase a different brand. Don't take my word for it, check out their F rating from the Better Business Bureau and similar complaints.

I have the twin version, but bought this to have a third camera, and hoped to use the second base unit. However, connectivity doesn’t really allow for this. Sometimes connecting one base unit removes the camera from the app, or vice versa. We do have three cameras connected, but the base unit won’t always let us see all three on one screen. Overall, I’m sure this would have been a fantastic set up for one camera - but as you get to 2+, things get dicey. I do like that there is both a base unit and an app. It means that I can still check in while the babysitter is at the house. The notifications for sound and movement are nicely customizable. The base unit is small and easy to carry, though doesn’t seem to hold a charge all night, so I do tend to keep it plugged in. I’d recommend this, as I don’t know that anything is better for using multiple cameras at one time.

Indeed, the Nursery Pal Deluxe monitor allows you to pair up to 4 cameras, however each camera can only be linked to one parent unit at any one time. It's important to clarify that the monitor and camera work together through a radio link and regardless of the WiFi connection. For example, if the camera disconnects to the parent unit and the app at the same time, then it's to the camera that we'd need to pay attention to. We highly recommend to make sure both the cameras and the parent unit are running the latest firmware version. You can check this under your settings in the app. Regarding the battery, usually, a new one lasts about 6 hours. This considering the monitor goes into audio mode only. When the video is kept activated all the time, or you frequently turn it on, the battery will last considerably less. We recommend that the unit is plugged in at night as to last the whole period. Please note that when the monitor is unplugged, the screen will go blank after 5 minutes to save battery power. You can still hear audio, but you will need to press the video display button to turn the video back on. Also, always be sure to charge a new battery for 16 hours straight before using it, and after that, preferably, for 12 hours each time the battery is drained. This is to maximize your battery's life over time. I love this product because it has everything I need: Portable monitor to avoid using my phone yo check on my baby. 2 cameras of great quality, motion detection, sounds to play for my child, and cameras move up, down and to the sides which is great feature since I don’t have to be moving the camera from side to side, instead I just do it from my phone.

We received this monitor as a baby gift from our registry. Set up was easy and camera quality and night vision was great! After almost 2 years of use, the parent unit stopped pairing with the camera unfortunately. We reached out immediately to customer service, got a quick response and Hasan U. was able to get us a replacement once all other troubleshooting failed. Great and quick customer service! Unfortunately, I have had a similar experience as many of the recent reviews. I used to rave about how much I loved this monitor and it’s app and all the features. I recommended it to all my friends with babies. However, after less than 1.5 years of use, the camera randomly stopped pairing to the parent unit. When I attempted to reach out to customer support, I learned that the ONLY method of reaching customer support now was through email, despite the website stating that it offered a live chat. The live chat apparently is no longer available. So I reached out through the support email and 2.5 weeks later I finally got a response that was generic and less than helpful. I loved this monitor when it worked, but unfortunately, it’s frequent glitches and awful customer service has earned it a 1-star rating. I will never again recommend this monitor to any of my friends.

This monitor is absolute garbage. The first one I got the camera wouldn’t connect to the monitor. So after hours on the phone with them troubleshooting they finally determined it was a problem with the camera unit and sent another one…3 weeks later!! I got that one to connect and used it daily for a few weeks with no problems. Then it started randomly having connection issues between the camera and the monitor. I can be standing right next to the camera, holding the monitor, and these 2 pieces of garbage won’t connect. It is absolutely frustrating that they connect randomly and disconnect randomly. Not only am I not able to monitor my baby when I want, the monitor beeps repeatedly and loudly when it is disconnected from the camera. So when it randomly disconnects in the middle of the night, you get woken up with a LOUD beeping reminiscent of smoke alarms going off! I do not recommend buying this product! It has not worked right since purchased, or since they sent a replacement camera at their leisure. I have 2 older kids and used a Motorola monitor and a Summer brand monitor, which were both excellent and worked for years without problems. I know this is Motorola’s new Hubble brand, but the quality has really gone downhill. Even when it was working for a couple of weeks, it wouldn’t initially connect to the camera unless I stood right outside the nursery to switch on the monitor. Then I could take it down the hall to my bedroom, but then it would disconnect randomly.

Do not buy, everything works fine at first until camera drops connection then whole system turns into a paper weight. Would be great if there was an actual customer service but guess it is what it is with the times. Don't waste your money.

The parent will reset and turn it off. Turn back on. Reset the baby unit: With the baby unit plugged in, turn it off or unplug it. Press and hold the pair button while turning it on or plugging in. Continue to hold the Pair button until a long beep is heard. This may take up to 30 seconds. It's important to keep in mind that the monitor and camera losing their link, please note that the monitor and camera work together through a radio link, and such a link may suffer environmental interference. We recommend, for example, keeping the units at least 3ft away from each other as well as from products that use similar wireless technology to avoid interference. If you still need assistance, please contact me via email or live chat. If applicable, we may submit a warranty replacement claim for you. I am currently waiting on customer service to reach back out to me. This monitor has been in use in our home for the last 6 months. I worked GREAT up until last night. It does die very frequently and almost always has to be connected to the charger, which wasnt too awful. But it had been off of the charger for about an hour and it died. So I went to plug it in, left it connected to the charger for somewhere between 5-10 minutes. I went to disconnect the charger, and it BURNED my skin. The inside of the charge port looked burnt, the charge box thing (that connects to the outlet) was also hot. Everything else plugged in our room was fine. I am horrified to think: 1) what if my infant daughter had grabbed this and burnt herself? 2) What if I hadnt been home (as I often am not) and this was on the charger and caused a fire??? My only complaint before this was the charge hold time and that fact that sometimes it glitched out for hours on end. Other than that, it was wonderful for us. I am so sad that we used it all of 6 months and it caused injury. I am lucky it was just to me, and not my daughter or my home. I am hoping that this will be replaced but after reading reviews of customer service being awful, I am not getting my hopes up. On the contrary, my moms baby monitor from when myself, siblings, and cousins were babies STILL works. d
