I have hypersensitive face. Hence, I am very cautious on the skincare and makeup. For years, I have to look for one that does not give me a pink cheek ( allergic reaction). Finally, I found one which is ridiculously expensive. I used it until one day I drop by RightAid and found this product. It is very suitable for my skin type. The other two in the same line gives me " Pink Cheek"

It was gentle on my skin but I could not get passed the scent. I think if it wasn’t grapefruit I might have been okay with it.

If you can get past the smell, this toner is amazing! My skin has always been combination and very prone to breakouts and after a few weeks of using this, I’m shocked at the difference it made. It didn’t completely clear the acne but I would say it reduced it by 80% which is huge for me. I never bother to write reviews, but wanted to for this product incase it could help anyone else that has been struggling with their skin for a long time like I have. I tried the cucumber Humphrey toner as well and while that one smells better, the grapefruit toner gave me actual results!

The package of the bottle is cute and the scent is a bit strong but I did notice it leaving soft feeling after the use. I will continue using it to my skin care routine.

Perfect item for post workouts. I always wipe my face and neck with witch Hazel after a workout but this grapefruit scent is EVERYTHING after a sweaty session! Unclogs sweaty pores and is a clean energizing smell.

It helps clear my skin, keep it from being so oily, and it doesn’t dry it out. 10/10 recommend trying this toner!!!

I never thought an item like witch hazel could make me want to tell everyone I know, but this product is soooo good. I use it twice a day and my skin has seriously cleared up. I have very sensitive acne prone skin and it is clear! How is this possible? Just incorporating Humphrey’s witch hazel into my routine has made such a great difference. I just purchased 2 more so I won’t run out. My husband likes the product too because he asks to use it now and then.

It is one of my go-to hangover cure products, because it does feel recharging and my skin feels hydrated and soft after. While I appreciate the amount of product there is for the price, the bottle is hard to grasp and pour , and pours VERY quickly. I feel it would make an amazing facial mist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is alcohol free and I love the design on the packaging but I would maybe try a different scent next time. grapefruit sounds lovely, but was a little bit too strong for me and smelled slightly like an alcoholic cocktail to me, which might be another's cup of tea but it just was too much for morning time. am interested in trying other products from the brand though. very interesting applicator, there's a small hole in the foil to better control how much product comes out, or you could rip the foil off and use more in one go. also like how it sort of cuts down on plastic waste which is nice to see.

The supposed grapefruit scent is more like a heated plastic smell. I don’t know if I received a bad batch but it’s a no for me. I tried using it on several occasions and I just don’t like the smell or how my skin feels after using it. I would not recommend this product

Many posts here stating that the grapefruit witch hazel doesn’t smell so great. Humphrys does make a regular organic witch hazel clarifying toner, which is quite pleasant and doesn’t have a strong smell. Plain Witch Hazel has always had a distinctive scent of it’s own, so you need to keep this in mind. I really like that it tones my skin beautifully without any burning. It really does calm your skin down after use (Very gentle).

This one did neither one of those things and works to clean every pore on your skin magically! The only reason there is a 4/5 stars is because the smell is SUPER strong. To me, it doesn't even smell like grapefruit, just some weird citrus smell that's incredibly pungent. When I'm done with this one, I will try the cucumber version to see if the difference is better. I will continue to use this product, but hope the cucumber isn't as pungent.
