A: Hi Sherry, It is 2*12V7AH battery packed with one battery box ,so it looks like one battery box .When you open the battery box you can find 2 separated batteries inside. My son is rough and he loved this side by side. Of course he messed up a part on it? and it has been sitting under our porch now for over 6 months because we aren't able to find replacement parts. My husband emailed the company and we tried multiple parts that we found on our own in hopes that we could salvage a toy that we paid $500 dollars for. My son loved the side by side and if we could buy a replacement piece for it, I would have given it 5 stars.

Would not purchase this item. It stopped working within 4 months and Target nor the company would do anything about it. As much as I enjoy Target this is making me rethink all my purchases made through them.

We bought this as a Christmas gift 2021. It stopped running in July. We bought new batteries and it didn’t make a difference. We reached out to the company who told us there is 6 month guarantee. That’s as long as it lasted. Don’t waste your money.

It was a very good toy at first. and it was slowly falling apart piece by piece Everything is plastic It's been running for 5 months now and it doesn't work anymore. I replaced the battery and looked at the wires and suspension. but cannot be repaired. don't buy !

Only had it since March and has already broke multiple times. Now it will only go in reverse. It’s great while it works but plan on spending a lot of money to fix it and frequently.

This riding toy is so cool! The body is made really nice with quality. Have had an issue with the on/off switch but customer service from hyper toys has been great. Sent me a free battery and a switch. Other than that everything has been great. It’s super Fast!

I’ve had this toy for about 5 months now. It has gone through multiple charges and we have not had any issues. My son is 3 years old and loves it. The biggest plus for me is composite tires which really reduce the noise compared to traditional power wheels. Also has a built in brake reduction that does not lock up the wheels when he stops. An awesome feature is the seat slides forward or backward for shorter or taller children. There are other models similar to this one online from other retailers but they are premium models with stereo and lights possibly a controller. On a side note I called hyper to ask about replacement parts and they carry it all and they are decently priced.

battery life is good about 35min on low speed or 25min on high with 2 toddler riders. handles all terrains well including hills. my one complaint and it's a big one is the on/off button has a short within 1wk of using so now we must always leave it on which drains the battery and we cross our fingers that it will turn back on if it ever gets turned off.

Love this ride on and so do my kids but the wheel motors have burned out twice in the one year we’ve had it. Customer service is good about sending replacement parts but they’ve been out of stock both times and we’ve had to wait weeks for them. It’s also a huge hassle to change them out, especially if you’re not handy. It’s a shame the motors aren’t durable at all because this really is an amazing ride on otherwise.

Just like another review, windshield doesn’t snap in, metal frame bent, stickers and car wrap are bubbly and put on poorly. Plugged in the battery, shockingly, didn’t work. So now I have a 400 dollar heap of plastic sitting here my child cannot play with. Target and the manufacturer should be ashamed of putting out a product like this and charging 400 dollars for it.

Best toy ride on ever. I fit in it with my son. Rode up a pile of branches and dirt with no problem. Battery doesn't need to be taken out to charge and they last haven't died on us yet.
