Q: when i try to connect the boat and controller it continues to beep and never connects. Also when i charge the boat for hours the light never turns green or shows sugns of being charged.

A: Hi Brayden, please remove the batteries from controller. Ensure boat is powered off and fully charged. Turn boat back on, and put batteries back in controller to allow it to sync back up. If after trying that procedure a few times, and does not work boat may be damaged and need to be exchanged. Q: We were gifted this boat, and the charger keeps beeping until we completely remove the batteries. Do we really need to remove the batteries EVERY time the boat dies? That seems excessive.

Q: When batteries are placed in the remote, it just beeps. Is there a way to fix this?

A: Hi Evan, Once batteries are put into the controller, it will blink until it is paired up with the boat. If boat is turned off, controller will continue to try to pair up for 30-45 seconds and then stop once it cannot pair with powered off boat. If for some reason the blinking does not stop, simply remove the batteries to let it reset. Many thanks, Diane

Q: How do I remove/change the battery? There is a compartment with a picture of a battery, I removed the 8 screws to open it, but the wires exiting the cover have been glued tight preventing opening.

A: Hi Wolf, The 1:18 Pavati boat has an external charging port on the bottom left corner of the boat top. No screws should be removed at all on this item, as it is sealed and waterproof. It was so fun the first two times then the propeller jammed. Can’t leave batteries in because the remote beeps the whole time and won’t shut off. Good idea needs new model/execution. I have a sad birthday boy.

Wont stop beeping

Second time using it and the propeller keeps jamming. Also the battery on the boat died and now the controller will not stop beeping. It’s been 30 minutes of straight beeping and there isn’t an off button. I’d pull the batteries out but we went out to a pond to use it and obviously don’t carry screw drivers in our pockets. Annoying design.

This boat was such a disappointment. My 5 year old spent his birthday money on this and it was great while it lasted. He only got to use it once and it will no longer charge.

Worked like a charm. Kids played with it off and on in the pool for about an hour and it still had juice. The waterproof floating controller is also awesome. It’s meant for a pool and not the lake or some other large body of water. It has power to run through wakes in a pool and is ok fast.

The rudder failed during first use. We checked to make sure everything stayed dry and recharged the battery too. No luck, just a poor quality toy.

The boat stopped working after first recharge. My son was thrilled with the toy but unfortunately his happiness did not last long. The boat does not recharge at all.
