Pulled caplets instead of soft gells

Male, 72 years old. I prefer the soft gels to the tablet; but they're so difficult to open. I have arthritic thumbs and cam barely grip the blister pack to open the gels. Please provide the soft gels in a bottle where us older folks can easily access them; and at our age group "child-proof lids" are more of a hindrance to us than to the children!

The capsules work well but the packaging is impossible for my mother to open! I wish the packaging was easier!!

I just finished painstakingly removing these from their packaging and sincerely want to wish the designers of said packaging uncontrollably diarrhea. You should be flogged.

I would like to know why you can’t put the caplets in the softgels in a bottle like the liquid. I don’t care forthe taste of the liquid. Just open the cap and take out dosage. The packaging of the caplets and softgels are very hard to open. It would be more convenient if they were just in a BOTTLE.

iv'e tried the tablets with great success ,however the softgels didn't help at all . i will continue as a tablet custoner.

It appears that most complaints are about the packaging and I will add my review to that complaint. Even though the packaging has been complained about for many years, there has not been any effort to make it easier to open the soft gels. Needed scissors to get the soft gels.

There ought to be a law about the way you package the caplets, it is always a struggle for me to get through the heavy plastic

These work great but like so many others,,it is Impossible to open the package without carrying a pair of scissors. Why do t you isten to your consumers and make an easy open package.?? It's insane to hear so many people tell you they can't open the package and all they get is, "I'm sorry to hear that".

We hate the packaging! It is dang near impossible to break into it. Especially in the middle of the night. Can’t you just put them in a bottle?

Use your softgel’s when I experience diarhea. They work 100%. One problem I have being. 79 year old senior with arthritis in both hands I can’t open the thick packaging and have to use scissors off pliers. Please make easier opening packaging for us seniors. Thank you.

Could you possibly make the packaging any more difficult to get in to? I would like to meet the sadist who decided this was a good packaging concept. After chipping a fingernail, trying my knife and finally successfully retrieving the Imodium it worked and eventually relieved my stomach distress.

Why do have to make it so difficult to open these pills especially when you have a diarrhea attack and need to take them asap!

I love your product, but I need scissors to open your packaging. This is not good. Especially when I need to take pills quickly. Please fix your packaging to be easy to open.

I love Imodium for my bowel issues but your packaging for the siftgels and caplets is terrible. Why isn't it available in bottles as it used to be? Those bluster packs are horrible. The one with the supposed slit to "tear here" can only be done with a scissors because the solution is almost non existent. Now where am I going to get scissors when I am out socializing or shopping. The other type where you have "bend back" the indicated corner? The corner often tears comes completely off and you are left needing a scissors again. Maybe you should read reviews on this packaging on various websites. This is more than a common complaint. The majority of people who use your product gave the same complaint. Wise up, people before you start to lose more customers. Put the pills in a recyclable bottle.

This OTC med really works. We have been using it for years and really like the softgels. It works very quickly.

Suggestion: sell the caplets in a bottle. Your shrink-wrap is a pain to open.

Seems to work. Took me a few minutes to realize there are instructions to access the pill…fold the corner down and peel the film off. That was easy once I saw it, but it was hard to notice. Not sure if it is new packaging based on previous reviews.
