Not to be rude but there you are, middle of the night, Mother Nature has it in for you and you are now faced with the second issue for the night -getting the pill out of the blister pack..... Now then, I will admit, that I am an 80 year old gentleman and that my finger strength is not what it used to be and getting up to go get scissors is not an option at this point.... Really, does that pill need to THAT PROTECTED?!

They get the job done but WHY on Earth do you make them impossible to open without scissors!? And even with scissors its really easy to accidentally cut the pill cuz you have to cut into the clear plastic part!

Although it works when I can get into it, I find it very difficult. My husband and I are in our 70s and have very limited use of our hands. I can't always have a pair of scissors on me and even then, my hands don't work well to use scissors. Neither of us can physically pull the foil off.

I think I should have used just one pill. The directions say to take 2 to start. Next time I'll try a half a pill to start.

Why did Imodium stop offering its caplets loose in plastic bottles, and now offers them only in impenetrable aluminum foil and hard plastic sheets? They are "Senior-Proof"!

The product works well, but like many others find it impossible to remove the pill from the packaging without using a scissors or Clipper. Please make it easier or add a video a video to the website showing how to open the packrt.. Otherwise I will change brands.
Packaging is mandated by FDA- complain to them!

Product itself is very helpful when used properly. THE PACKAGING ISSUE HAS BEEN MANDATED BY THE FDA BECAUSE OF MISUSE AND POSSIBLE SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS WHEN THE MED IS MISUSED/TAKEN AT HIGH DOSAGES. Please, please send your complaints about the packaging to the FDA and request that they lift the restriction for bottles with a small number of caplets. Let them know how difficult and frustrating the blisterpacks are to manage. Maybe they will listen to us. I used this page to report . https://www.safetyreporting.hhs.gov/smarthub#/drugs/human/contact

Imodium caplets are a go-to for me when traveling or any time I have a digestive problem. They are very effective, but my only complaint is that it is really hard to get the caplets out of the packaging, especially if you don't have access to a pair of scissors.

Love this product but the packaging is extremely difficult. I’ve taken a lot of different pills in my time but these are by far the worst. Medications need to be accessible by everyone.

Extremely difficult to get the tiny pills out of the blister pack. After so many similar complaints, you would think the company would fix this issue! Took the pills for a day with no relief.

why don't you wrap your blister packs in stainless steel. Then you would make them totally inaccessible. I often cut all the way around a blister and still can't get the capsule out. What is wrong with you people?

Loperamide treats my diarrhea if I can open the blister pack. That requires very small sharp scissors which I do not carry with me. There needs to be functional packaging which this is not!

Bring back the bottle. I'd say destroy the current packaging but its destruction proof. In a hurry? Take an Imodium. Whoops, nope, need to find TIN SCISSORS to open the darn package.
