I want to warn potential buyers to be cautious when ordering this product. It's sold by a third-party seller, and there's no way to contact them directly if there are any issues. My file box arrived late and damaged, and unfortunately, there was nothing I could do to resolve it. Going forward, I'll make sure to check whether a product is being sold by a third party when ordering shipped items through Target.

Purchased storage bins to organize christmas ornaments. Unfortunately, one bin arrived broken. I have to return the entire set rather than getting a replace bin, I have to return the entire set. The vendor wants me to carry the huge box to a FedEx or UPS drop off location. This is extremely inconnvenient. This is a ship directly from vendor item.

I have ordered 3 times and every shipment arrived with broken lids and bins. These are shipped by Iris, not by Target. I wonder why they haven’t changed how these are packed and shipped, to prevent further damaged returns.

The cheaper boxes (about $42) are definitely not as nice as the Iris boxes I've purchased from Office Depot, but those are twice the price. So, be prepared, you get what you paid for. I don't store books in the cheaper ones, instead files or loose paper, clothes or toys work well too. Cannot put heavy things in them or stack them too high (two work well, not sure how 3+ would hold up).

They hold folders and documents well, but not the best quality and are pretty flimsy. So far, we can stack them however, they are not very full yet and when they are, we might not be able to stack them. They are for each of our kids and I am unsure if they will hold up throughout their lives.
