Trying to be fair with the product the only thing I’ve noticed is more Bowl movements, other than that, just some huge capsules and small benefits :(

For years I’ve had problems doing the #2 thing, going once, maybe twice a week. Not being able to go regularly, has a bad side effect of gaining weight. With 2-in-1 Cleanse & Flush, I am going regularly & finally starting to loose weight. I do recommend it, it is a Very Good Product.
