Q: 1) are the earbuds interchangable & function without problems? 2) may a single earbud be used (and not the other)? I only need one earbud & would only use one at a time!

A: Thanks for your inquiry. The earbuds are interchangeable, and a single earbud may be used. If the unused earbud is stored in the charging case the other is switched to mono mode. Details in Quick Start Guide included with the earbuds.

With TWS ear buds charging issues, it's frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case using a cotton swab and alcohol. If issue persist, your unit comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, please reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

The bass quality is not as good as other JBL products I own, and the charging box is weird - whenever I put the earphones in the box, they still stay connected to my phone. So they don't go in properly and I always have to double check whether I got them to charge or not. Usually, there is a magnet or something that "pulls" the earphones in the right position without having to work for it.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS is supported by our JBL Headphones App where you can adjust the sound of your earbuds using the equalizer. Your earbuds may not be connected properly with the charging case, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Two stars and here is the reason why. Got my earbuds and the left one dies not work, I contacted JBL and tech gave direction on what to do to made them with no luck. Earbuds were return and I am waiting for a respond from JBL. As soon as I get them back I will write a review.

Good quality build and sound, but must use App to properly seat into ear for maximum performance. Price on sale is worth the purchase. Stays in place while working out and tap button response is excellent. ANC is not as effective as anticipated.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. To avoid audio dropouts, please make sure that your device and speaker are within the Bluetooth range of 10M. Also, don’t stand too close to the Wi-Fi router and appliances like microwaves that can interfere with the connection. You may enable advance controls by connecting your JBL Reflect Aero TWS to our JBL Headphones App to avoid call dropouts when you touch the earbuds. Bought them about 3 weeks ago and the bass/treble are great. Answering calls are great as well. As for comfort , no complaints. When outside and windy it’s not recommended to wear them.

The item didn't meet my expectations. It came very short on 2 points: 1) fit: very big size and even with the provided different adjustable tips, it didn't help. Consequently, the item couldn't stay secure in my ears and also was causing great discomfort when in place. 2) encountered 2 different functional issues with 2 different sets.

I got these about a year ago and love them. I run about 40 miles per week. They're very comfortable, and they so7nd is fantastic. I typically run to Tomorrowland Live Sets, and the bass is full and clear, and the highs are easily discernable. Have had exactly zero issues with sweat causing them to malfunction (Mississippi in the summer is a sweaty mess, y'all).

Sound is good. You get what you pay for. Ear buds do not stay seated in ear no matter what combination of in ear and out of ear pieces are swapped in. There is no difference in sound cancelling in Ambient Aware and Noise cancelling. There is no eradicable noise cancelling no matter the volume.

Worst earbuds ever... After one year using the product one ear plays really low volume... A reset didn't fix the problem... I experienced problems with the charging block as well... You cannot be sure that both buds are charging. Dont buy this product.

This allows you to make one side louder than the other. Be sure that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Reflect Aero. source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I've had two of these. One to replace the other. They claim to be waterproof up to 2 meters, they will survive falling in the water but I would by no means say they function in water or will function the same after having done so. Both after a few months have lost sound in one ear and have decreased audio quality in both. I have to adjust the balance and turn the volume to peak to get even a base level of use out of them. This causes a distortion in every type of music and podcast I listen to. The earpieces are terrible, they will fit and give you a positive fitness test once fresh out the box and never expect to be able to do it again. I've had one say it's fitting and then the next second it isn't. I've gotten both to say I have a perfect seal, with the earbuds sitting on the table in front of me. Just pass on these they're not worth the price at all.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS has an IP rating of IP68 which means that it is water resistant to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. However, we don't recommend our JBL Reflect Aero TWS for swimming since Bluetooth cannot travel underwater. Please ensure that the earbuds are completely dry before use. For sound and fit issues, we suggest trying different ear tips and Powerfins enhancer sizes to achieve a snug fit within your ear canal. Additionally, consider cleaning them with a cotton swab and alcohol. Also, please verify that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). You can check the balance control on your source device by navigating to the "Accessibility" settings in your music player app. This is typically found in the playback or EQ settings, as well as in our JBL Headphone App. If you require further assistance, we would be happy to help you directly.
