TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Thank you for your feedback regarding our JBL Tune Buds TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and the earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, which can include sweat, grease, and earwax. Please ensure the pins are dry before placing them back in the case. If the volume is not sufficient, we also recommend resetting the unit to factory default settings. With both earbuds on and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet in order to pair them again. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting our customer support.

Charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
