High quality garlic press, easy to clean and use. Sturdy metal construction, crshes garlic quickly. Some garlic can get stuck in holes, but easily removed with tap. Best crusher I've used, great gift option. Lasts lifetime. Love it!

Half of every clove reminds stuck in the holes - such a pain, and such a waste. How on earth does this have such high reviews? I tried this about a dozen times before just throwing it out - it took more time and energy to try to get the garlic out of the contraption (both for use and when cleaning after) than just mincing it by hand.
Okay gadget but not crucial

Love the look and feel of this item but does take effort and I find the garlic gets stuck in the holes and has to be poked out. The reason I would get this out instead of chopping with a chef's knife would be to keep my hands not smelling of garlic.

This garlic press is sturdy and easily minces garlic for quick preparation. The pressed garlic comes out fairly easy using a spoon to scoop it and get every bit of ingredient in your dish. If the garlic didn’t press through all the way simply press and rock again unlike traditional squeeze handle garlic presses that leave a flattened piece of garlic with nubs that have to peeled from the press. This press rinses with ease and is dishwasher safe. Since it is stainless steel it leaves no garlic smell and doesn’t feel like it could break easily like the plastic cased one. I’m very happy with this garlic press.
Love this garlic press!

very cool garlic press. Very easy to use. It is definitely necessary to peel the garlic clove first and then use the press. Uses the entire clove and minimal waste which is great
A teeny pain to clean, but nothing that would make me use it any less.

This garlic press is great. We have tried a lot of garlic presses yet all were either hard to squeeze the garlic out of or clean. With this one the garlic pushes easily through and clean up is much quicker.

Elegant, simple, design. I use a butter knife to scrape off what does not fall off, on both sides.

Not bad but not great. It more smashed the garlic than chopped. And when I washed it the metal looked all splotchy even after hand washing and drying. It is heavy and seems well made but I like the rolling chopper I bought better.

I use garlic in recipes just about every day. I have broken every press I've ever owned. When shopping for a replacement I required that it be stainless and self-cleaning. This one seems to be pretty good except for one thing. I'm short and it requires downward force to push it through the clove. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I think I've got it down pretty well. The rocking motion helps. I'm not bothered by the larger pieces of garlic. It beats chopping it by hand!
No more stinky garlic hands

So I received this as a free sample to review and think that it is an overall great product. Nothing is worse than your stinky garlic hands after chopping or smashing garlic. With this being made out of stainless steel it eliminates having a second tool to get rid of the smell. I like it.
