It is important to keep in mind the size of the opening and what you plan on storing inside, such as a scoop or cup. When the contents are low and a smaller scoop is used, it may be challenging to reach inside the jar. This is just something to consider when deciding how you want to use them. Whether you are preserving or storing dry goods, these jars with air-tight lock lids are the best option. I personally use them for dried pasta, nuts, rice, and grains. I have various sizes that are perfect for all my needs.

While the canisters are fine, the picture shows different size jars and the jars are exactly the same size. I was looking for one to be a different size. Please update the picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these containers because they are of good quality. I accidentally dropped one and it didn't break. I was really suprised. The tops are a good feature because there's minimal rust points which is a problem with storage containers when there's metal involved. They send you extra rubber seals in case yours get damaged over time. I haven't had to swap mine out yet but I love that they did that so much. Its very considerate of the customers. They come with labels to write yourself too.

I was a little skeptical at first because the closure clasp seemed hard to maneuver but after some time it because easy. I really like that I can disassemble the entire jar for cleaning and reassembly was simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these JoyJolt canisters look very nice and keep my flour, sugar, and brown sugar fresh, the clasps on the lids are awful. Yes, they keep the container shut airtight. BUT, trying to open it is painful! No matter how you try to open it, the clasps smacks your fingers and it hurts! I have to use a towel to open the clasp so I don’t hurt my finger. Also, a 1-cup can’t fit into the opening so you have to use a smaller one to then fill a 1-cup.

I'm currently using mine to store Epsom Salt near my bathtub. I workout 6 days a week and take weekly Epsom salt baths. This keeps my salts fresh and it no longer clumps together with the moisture in the bathroom.

I don't use sugar but my husband does and I've only seen him wash it once lol Plus I need one for flour and I'll use the other for rice since we use a lot and it always ends up getting spilled all over. I love the label stickers too since things like powdered sugar and flour can often get mixed up or corn starch and flour. They're sealed very well too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this trio. 50oz may sounds like a lot, but I feel good about placing this size on my counter tops. I’m using 2 canisters at my coffee station for sugar and cream. The canisters are clear glass with a silver metal clasp system and gasket (set comes with 3 spare gaskets!) The canisters are square with rounded soft edges. They can be nettled up against each other and not have big gaps of space between canisters. The set also comes with 6 chalkboard style labels that you can affix to the canisters if desired. I like to hand wash my glass canisters like this, but they are dishwasher safe. I just recommend removing the lid by pinching in the metal holding the lid to the jar before placing it in the dishwasher. This set would be compatible with any other glass jars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JoyJolt - Glass Storage Cannister 50oz is a great container to store things inside of. We have stored cereal and my child's pretzel snacks inside of it and it keeps them sealed and more fresh than just keeping them in bags with a clip.
