Individually handmade of heat-resistant borosilicate glasses, they are designed to keep your liquid hot or cold for a longer period, while keeping your hands cool to the touch, it also eliminates need for coasters as no messy condensation will occur. JoyJolt double wall glasses are mouth-blown by expert artisans using borosilicate glass. Borosilicate is stronger than traditional “soda-lime” glass and can be used for everything from drinkware to cookware. Due to the natural properties of the boron particles, the glass is held together tighter, resulting in a stronger, lighter glass. Borosilicate glass doesn’t need to be as thick as traditional glass to be just as strong due to the bonding capability boron oxide. They don’t seem to break easy which is a very hard thing to find in these types of glasses. I drank iced tea and soda in it with additional ice. I don’t know what made it amplify the coldness but it really did. I felt like it was super cold and made my drink so much better. This is definitely my new go to cup. I am already ordering more for my house. I truly love them. Please give them a try and thank me later!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The double walled cups are nice but have a few usability issues that make it not an ideal cup for me. First off this cup is huge, too big for me. I don’t think the double wall keeps it as hot as a ceramic mug. It is still warm to the touch but not burning you so that is good. The cups would be suited to milky coffee or hot chocolate or maybe tea but I drink my coffee black so prefer smaller cups and more of them if I want to drink a lot of coffee, or else the drink gets cold. I like the look and that they stack in the cupboard. I do not like a tiny handle. Would prefer no handle.

I drink a lot of tea, and it is so nice to have a mug that warms my hands! The small finger hold allows me to put my whole hand around the mug. They also stack perfectly, and two together are short enough to stack in my mug drawer!

My tea is always getting cold before I can finish it, and for the first time, using this glass, it did not. They are not heavy they do not sweat, they feel good in my hand and I will definitely be buying these for gifts for several upcoming occassions
