The product itself is great. I already had one and wanted another. It works really well. The 4 stars is specifically for the product - not my order. However: THIS item arrived and had CLEARLY been used before. It had a used sticky pad (no refills were included), and the fan was coated in dust. While I don't mind buying something that had been returned, please check that it is at least CLEAN, otherwise I really shouldn't be paying full price for it. It still works, so I'm keeping it. But please check the returned products before you resell them.
