Q: It says it’s a kit for 3 months but when reading the instructions on how to use it says pour the entire bottle of solution, wouldn’t that be a single use? Sorry it’s an honest question, I’m confused

Q: Do you need the water filter holder to use the filter cartridges? I noticed this kit does not come with one and my keurig (k compact) does not have one built in. Are the filters compatible with my model and if so, how do I use them?

A: If you choose to use the water filter cartridges, you will need the water filter handle in order to attach the filter in the water reservoir. The K-Compact coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig Short Handle Water Filter Kit. We hope this helps!

My kurig coffee maker k920 notified me to descale. I purchased the complete set and followed step by step to clean the coffee maker. The process destroyed my thermostate. I have reset the thermostate and still it will not work. Don't purchase this product.

I have used vinegar before to descale but have found it takes longer to get the taste out. Following the instructions I was able to clean my Keurig and was able to use it right away! I love the rinse pods and filters that are added so I have everything I need to keep it functioning for 3 months!

Did the descaling and the machine overheated and would not restart so it had to be discarded. It was only 2 years old. Just Google it and you will see many people have this problem.

I never used the filters in my old Keurig and it lasted over 10 years, but we do have a reverse osmoses filter. It would have been nice if they had included how to install the filter in the holder for people like me. I ended up looking on Utube and found a video.
Works great but the little one is better.

Received my new keurig duo coffee maker as a present for Xmas. Love it! It is so easy to use and everything is of top quality. I use it everyday at least twice a day. Morning make a pot and then during the day use the pods. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is wanting a new coffee maker.
