I think these kind bars are an excellent snack to have at work, for on the go, in the car, etc. They have 12g protein. They do not have much sugar 8g they taste great have chicory fiber and low sodium. According to the box they rank low on the glycemic index so it doesn’t spike your sugar and they truly are convenient to travel with and easy to find even at gas stations so you can continue eating healthy

It tastes great but between the soy protein and high fat content, I was extremely bloated and in a lot of discomfort for 10 hours. Couldn't eat anything else & felt nauseous on and off. Haven't had problems with the regular kind bars, though!

Got this as a free bar and I'm going to be ordering a box. Great Chocolate flavor really good but yet soft crunch. This is my new #2 Kind bar next to the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew...which is amazing.

I received these bars for free and am sharing my honest review. We preferred this to the White Chocolate Cinnamon Almond flavored one we received in the sample. Best of all worlds for us would be Madagascar Almond with more protein.
