This is a perfect way to have children play with sensory sand without making a huge mess. Because it comes with the box, once they are done using it, just close it up and put it away. My kids love it. I purchased 3 of these for Christmas and the sand is still good 6 months later! We can always buy new sand and toys to put into the box as they get older and want to change what’s inside. The box is pretty sturdy!

Giving 3 stars because i feel like it could of been better. I gifted to my 5 year old son and he loves it. For me, the concept is cool but it lacks a lot. It came with a bunch of cardboard toppings and a few plastic pieces. Only 1 milkshake cup. My son wasn’t interested in making the burgers and fries but more of the milkshake with the toppings. It’s really just a big box, i feel like they could included a separate area to store the sand, otherwise everything is just thrown into the case. I was disappointed because i thought it would be alittle more diner-ish, with plates, etc. At the end, the sand got mixed together and this is most likely a toy we won’t be playing with again unless we buy more sand separately. Loved the concept but overall disappointed it wasn’t as expected

Love this kit! My kids love their big plastic kitchen, but they get bored and can only play with it at our house. This Kinetic sand kit allows the kids to bring their kitchen anywhere (especially grandma's house). Not only that, but it engages them for long periods of time (2 n 5 yes old) as they have to truly "make" the food. The number of burgers, fries, and shakes we've had recently is what dreams are made of. ;)

Such a fun set for junior foodies! :) My daughter had so much fun slicing fries and building burgers. Always appreciate the storage box for easy clean up of all our sand and accessories! We also love Kinetic for hiding our superheroes and other characters!

Hours of fun from Kinetic Sand! My daughter loved building burgers and cutting up fries! Love the storage box for play but also to keep all the accessories tidy! Use a ball of sand in your hand to quickly pickup any remaining on the table!

He is 5 years old and I am sure he's going to have a lot of fun (and so am I being a kid at heart haha). The set is so pretty and comes packed in a suitcase type box that is light and easy to carry around. The amount of kinetic sand in it is actually quite well portioned at about 2lbs. There were about 5 colors in it, but once you mix and match, it opens up a variety of so many additional colors. The set is literally a kitchen in a box. It comes with stickers and molds and the briefcase type holder box for it all actually doubles down as a sandbox. There are so many goodies like scoops and spoons and a frenchfry press, milkshake cup and tons of stickers to create that ultimate unique experience of having all your kitchen tools to watch the little ones whip up a unique meal for you, encouraging their creativity and being a great source of enhancing their sensory development and motor skills. Burgers are on the menu this weekend with fries and I can't wait to see my nephew's face light up when he starts playing around with it. The kinetic sand is made of natural sand and doesn't create any messes. Also the playset is very presentable and makes a great gift too for Christmas and birthdays for the little ones.

Kinetic sand videos portray the product as having some magical property of colors being combined and then easily separating while retaining their original color. The kids love playing with it, but in no time it is all mixed together and you have a pile of pinkish brown sand.

This toy keeps the littles busy for long time. The great part is box case is not only a storage box its a sand box to create everything in. Overall this kit is Perfect toy for girls and boys to encourage independent and imagination building and keeping them busy for long time.

They just create the most delicious and colourful meals with the 27 tools & kitchen accessories. It is a great non-screen activity for kids to play over & over again and good for indoor play especially in Winter. The texture of the sand is smooth and in very good quality. It's just one pile of sand with endless possibilities. It is an awesome product, great buy and good for parent-child relationship.

My 7 year old was overjoyed to play with this, and has asked to take it out everyday we have had it so far. The only thing I would add would be reusable bags for the sand, as I can see just leaving it in the enclosed container turning into a big disaster the next time its opened. My little helper doesnt like to mix her colours, so we needed multiple baggies to pack ours away. Overall I think we have a winner here. PS. I also recommend a small broom

The variety of kinetic sand colors allows kids to be creative in making different food items. The mini cardboard toppings are a fun addition to garnish the treats with, & the folding sandbox tray doubles as a neat storage container for everything.The only down side of this toy is, the sand can mix easily when using a couple of colors together and seperating them is almost impossible. It would have been great if, mini canisters were provided for storing the Kinetic sand after use. We opted to use Ziploc bags to store them instead. Overall, this is a great toy that both my kids thoroughly enjoyed playing. It would make for a great gift idea for any occasion. I would definitely recommend this product to others. #ad
