I haven't used it. This product is supposed to be gluten-free but the packaging states that it contains wheat.

We use this with our Ooni. So good. If you make it too thick on the Ooni it can be chewy, just fyi.

Do not buy if you have a Wheat sensitivity!! While good for gluten free, it contains wheat starch which affects people sensitive to wheat (on top of gluten). Being unaware of my own sensitivity I ordered this excited to make homemade gluten free pizzas, but paid the price as it made me SO sick

This flour yield a soft crust. I always use KA Pizza Dough Flavor and KA Pizza Seasonings, so I am unsure of the flavor without those things, but the consistency is great for GF. It says you can leave it in the fridge for 3 days after the initial rise, but I can tell you that it's not as good if you do this. Use same day for the best result.

I have trued this product 3 times and have yet to achieve a crispy crust. I contacted King Arthur reporting the problem and the only recommendation was to increase my oven temp. I will try again until my recent purchase of the gluten free pizza flour is used up. Not sure I will purchase again.

We have not mastered a gluten free crust yet. It rose a little, but was very sticky and we couldn’t transfer to a pizza stone. Baked up more like a cracker. Would recommend pre-baking without toppings since we had to bake it for so long to just get some color on the crust.

Haven't made anything with the pizza flour yet. I found a recipe online for chicken and dumplings that were gluten-free. The woman who posted the recipe recommended King Arthur Gluten-Free Pizza Flour. My husband and one granddaughter have to eat gluten-free, and I thought I would give it a try.
