I bought one of these a few months ago. I used it a few times and everything was fine. The next time I used it, it made a horrible high pitched noise and wouldn't work. I contacted the company and, after a few questions about the product, they sent me a brand new one right away! Their products are great and they stand behind what they sell. I admire that in a company and I highly recommend this awesome can opener!

I’ve had Automatic can openers before, but this one absolutely takes the cake. You press the button and don’t even have to hold it. Super easy when you have a small can or a heavy can and no sharp edges. I had a problem with mine, no fault of the design, and they were very Quick to replace it at no cost. Highly recommend Kitchen mamas can opener!

Finally got around to using this can opener. First of all, the can opener would not attach to the can. Eventually it attached to the can, then it would not release from the can! Definitely returning this can opener!

The original can opener we purchased did a great job of opening cans. It did develop a problem where we had to contact Kitchen Mama concerning the issue. Serge quickly responded to us concerning the problem and offered a number of possible solutions. They did not work, but he provided great customer service by staying in contact with us and sending a replacement can opener. The new one is working great. I was impressed with their concern to remedy the situation.

This is a great concept for standard can opening. Instead of cutting the top (lid) and exposing sharp edges, or dropping the lid into the contents. This clever opener breaks the seal (on the side) without having any sharp edges exposed. The only concern I have at this point, is how long the 4-AA batteries will last. Time will tell.
