Honestly, I hate it, because it can't do the two things I need it to do. I use my food processor for two main jobs: shredding a bunch of cheese for making homemade Mac n cheese and turning rolled oats into oat flour to make my favorite waffle recipe. When I shredded the cheese, so much cheese got caught in the top that it pulled it all together into a golf ball sized ball of cheese. That's a bunch of wasted cheese that it couldn't shred. When I ground the oats it had trouble making them fine enough. I eventually left it on until it turned itself off and there were still a bunch of oat pieces that were basically whole. Plus this thing is so tall!! I can't easily fit it in my cupboard where lots of other tall appliances (kitchen aid mixer) fit. And this food processor has an excessive number of parts, it's like putting an annoying jigsaw together every time you use it where the pieces keep falling out.

It won’t finely blend anything unless it’s wet. This is 10 minutes of running on high.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good it works amazingly. Fits in my life very well with preparing foods faster like grating cheese, chopping vegetables, or mixing up some biscuits with the pluse function. I wish I would've purchased a food processor sooner and another Kitchenaid appliance id just the icing on the cake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cup to my old 7cup broke again, and it was discontinued. :( Purchased this upgrade. I like how it has a slow rev to high (the old machine didn’t do this, would start suddenly). Also appreciate the multiple speeds. Appreciate the locking mechanism has a different design. I wish it weren’t so tall (barely fits under my cupboard shelves).

I received my food processor as a Birthday present. At 65, I was very excited to have my 1st food processor to quickly mix bread and cakes and make homemade peanut butter. The speed buttons don't stay on after my 3rd use. I unplugged and tried again several times but to no avail. So very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a Christmas gift. I asked for a large food processor as I had purchased the small Kitchenaid processor and was really pleased. Finally needed to use and I am happy with the large processer also. Just need to remember to put heavier items in first when processing multiple items at one time.

I only had this food processor for a little less than 2 and a half years when the motor died. The food processor will no longer turn on and spin. It died while I was grating cheese with the grater attachment. I had hardly used the processor up until that point. A good appliance shouldn't die while being used for its' intended purpose. Since the warranty is only I year I guess I am just out the 90 bucks.

I wish I would have purchased another brand or different model. The feed tube jas two inserts that fall out every time you open the lid. Very annoying. If I’m using the feed tube I put tape over it so it doesn’t fall out each time I open the lid. This was a poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement food processor from the one purchased less than a year prior. It works great for the first five or six times and then unfortunately, it no longer blends smooth. This is evident on purees and dips such as hummus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this lovely food processor to replace an old one. I love the way everything stacks together to pack away. It seems very sturdy and I’ve used it to shed vegetables and make cheesecakes. Even though it has a 7 cup capacity I realise now that I should have gone for the next size up!
