So far, it has flawlessly mixed everything I have put into it, including chunky chocolate cookies, without issue. Plus, I love the light blue colour! I live alone, but commonly prepare desserts for 5-8 people, and this mixer manages it all.

I spoke with Martin at customer service and sent a video to him . The team reviewed the video and sent a replacement mixer. The replacement works great, but I’m a bit cautious if it this one may break. Hopefully it was just a rare oddity. Overall it’s great and the kids love making homemade pasta with it.

The KitchenAid I had before that one is still working after 30 years. I gave that one to my daughter so I could buy a new red one. Very sad that it didn’t last but so far my pink one is delightful

We could kneed bread on level 4 for going on 10 minutes with no bounding etc. This new one they say kneed on level 2 and only for a couple of minutes. When we do kneed the dough the head bounces as if the lock isn't engaged.

I love to cook and bake and this mixer can take on anything. I bought the best because you get what you play for and this is top quality. I have made double bread recipes and it's no problem for this mixer. The craftsmanship of this model exceeded all my expectations. My daughter is on a liver transplant list and baking is my escape. This mixer has made my life so much easier and my explorations with it seem to be endless. I would like to eventually try the pasta attachment. I absolutely love this mixer.
