I like my ponytail to be high and tight, which means I usually need to wrap my hair tie at least 3 times to achieve this. Unfortunately with the Pony-full, I can only wrap twice and still use this tool, and that feels/looks loose on me. I've tried wrapping 3 times and can't get the tool to fit into the ponytail the way it should... Maybe my hair is too thick for this item but I really wanted it to be my new go to item and it can't be. I'm sad about it too.

It did not work for me but my hair is fine and straight but it worked great on my daughter-in-law who has thicker hair with natural curl. I was very pleased with how easy it was for her to do it and the device does not show at all. Looks very nice and is comfortable for her.
