KiwiCo Light-Up Wire Art

This was a very cool little kit for my heart to shop for tween. It's so hard to find gifts that won't get shoved in the back of the closet. Everybody in the family was interested in it.

This KiwiCo Light-Up Wire Art is awesome. It is easy enough for my 8 year-old to complete without help and still fun enough for my 13 year-old. They light up nicely. The only negative I can see is that the electric power box that lights it up kind of hums and it’s a bit loud. Once they’re complete they make good decorations for my kids’ room. I received this item from Bullseye in exchange for my honest review.

I like how easy it is to use this light up kit. I used it with my 12-year-old daughter and she had no problem fixing one of the light boards for herself. The light board material feels kind of cheap and like it wouldn't last for a really long time but it is a really cute design and I like the color of the light strands. I do wish it came with more design ideas and different color string lights instead of only blue or green, it would be great if it had a pain and a purple in there also. It is a very limited play item, although there is boards in there where you can create your own design.

I got the KiwiCo Light-Up Wire Art kit for my 7-year-old, even though it says it's for ages 9 and up. He was super excited to try it. I had to help him with reading the instructions and some of the trickier steps, especially since it needed some fine motor skills and there were sharp tools involved. He definitely needed a bit of help here and there, but overall, it was a really fun learning experience for both of us. I'd recommend it for sure, as its such a cool way for kids to get creative and learn. Definitely a great activity for when they are off from school. Totally forgot to take a pic of the final product. Cant wait to make another.

This KiwiCo Light-Up Art is the perfect rainy-day activity for parent & child to work on together. It's listed as ages 8+ & definitely has some tiny parts that would be difficult for younger kids. My soon-to-be 13 year old stepson enjoyed creating his own custom wire art. It gives the appears of creating your own neon sign. The instructions were clear & easy to follow as well.

Fun flow project for kids. They liked that there were 2 colors (blue and yellow) and that there is a blank page to try their own design. Instructions were easy to follow and clear from the pictures + text. Easy to connect the power to the lights (no extra batteries required is a win!). Especially liked the box doubled as a working surface

We really liked this kit, my girls were very excited and entertained. It is very complete and ingenious, you can make designs and the light looks great, I am very satisfied with this product, size, color, texture and great functions.

Using the KiwiCo Light Up Wire Art Kit with my 8-year-old daughter was such a memorable experience for both of us. She loved the idea of creating something that could actually light up! In theory this kit is super cute. But practically, we did not love it. My ten year old who is very bright struggled to do this on her own. The ties that hold on the light wire kept breaking. There are so many other cute kits, this is a pass

This KiwiCo Light-Up Wire Art is super fun, my daughter loves it, it's very entertaining and very easy to assemble, just follow the instructions that are very well explained and this set also includes everything you need to put it together. It's excellent quality, we like that it keeps my daughter's room very well lit. I really recommend it.

This is a way fun project! MY 10 year old spent a good while working on it. The age guidelines on this one are spot on. I would not recommend it for kids much younger. There were a decent number of steps, and you need to be able to follow the directions well. IT did come with a little tool to punch small holes, which was fairly sharp. I'd keep an eye on it if you have little kids around. She only completed on of the designs, but plans to work on the other one soon. I would totally recommend this!

My son and I worked on this a few days ago and it’s a lot of fun! I haven’t done anything like this before and I’ve decided to use these kinds of games as fun projects for us to do on a regular basis. Kids and adults enjoy it!

My 8-year-old couldn't wait to try this. This kit comes with everything you need to create a glowing wire sign. The instructions were well-written and easy to follow. My daughter did find it a little bit challenging and needed some help. Overall, she really enjoyed this kit and was very proud of the finished product.

This light set was such a pain to do honestly. My child and I did this together and it was frustrating both of us lol. But it turned out pretty cute and the black paper did rip some when we put the tie in. Definitely won’t purchase any of these lol

This light up wire kit has kept my son engaged while making it and he keeps it in his room showing off what he made to his friends. Both the designs are eye catching and easy to make. My son is 8 and he had no problems making it.

This light up wire art kit is so fun and such a unique gift! It is a little bit more complex in terms of instructions so better suited for older kids. I would say perfect for kids age 10-15 or so. It makes a great gift!

My daughter has completed other Kiwi boxes before and loved them. She was really excited when we received this one. My daughter loved the idea of creating light up art. She started the project but then found it to be too tedious and stopped halfway through. I asked her if she was interested in continuing but she told me that I could finish it if I wanted.

This is a cool art set. I like that it is something unique and different from what we've used before. My daughter enjoyed creating the wire art and watching it light up. It is a fun activity and would make a great gift.
