Loved how easy this was to use! Makes the perfect shaved ice. Not a huge fan of the included flavors. They taste a bit like medicine, but we used some Rose simple syrups instead and it was the best. Setback: it spews ice as it shaves, nothing major but unexpected. You have to hold the top to keep the blade engaged. Easy setup, easy clean up.

I absolutely love this snow cone machine. It comes with snowcone cups and straws. Also, in case you’re worried that you need to buy snow cone flavoring it already comes with some. It comes with blue raspberry and cherry. It’s super easy to work and amazing.

The main part was missing of the ice machine, when I tried to bring it in they couldn’t help because I didn’t have my receipt? And the one I had on my phone didn’t count?! Ridiculous.

Our AC went out in the middle of summer, so I picked this up the same day to help beat the heat. I like that it comes with everything including syrups and just uses regular ice cubes from the freezer. Worked fine, isn’t too noisy and makes about enough for two cones at a time if you fill it all the way with ice.

It does not shave the ice at all, I tried regular sized ice cubes, it didn't work so then I tried crushed ice- still didn't work. I read on the directions to let the ice get "soft", I tried that as well and it still didn't work. The machine does not spin to shave the ice. I would spend the extra $10, $15 and get a nicer, better quality snow cone machine.

I purchased this Koji snow cone maker set because my daughter will be having a tonsilectomy early July. I wanted to have options for her besides just the typical ice cream that is recommended. This selection was easy becuase the set was on sale AND included two syrup flavors. It arrived quickly and of course we had to put it to the test. I was able to utilize the ice that my refrigerator produces which was a plus. No need to go out and purchase special sized iced. The machine is very easy to use. It does make a small mess but it is easy to clean up tiny pieces of crushed ice. Needless to say both of my kids are excited to now have this snow cone maker at fingertips whenever we want a cold sweet treat.

Super easy to use! My kids love it and so do I! The only thing I would change about it, is I wish it had an on & off button! You just plug it in and it starts spitting out the ice, so be ready! Other than that, worth the money!

This is hit with my 3.5 year old!! Not a big fan of the syrups since there’s lot of high fructose corn syrup in it but I’d say you gotta let your kid try it once. I ended up ordering some better syrups from Amazon which were great. The machine itself is awesome. Easy to clean and set up!

I bought this for my 11 year grandaughter and she was thrilled. It shaves the ice into fine ice just like the real thing, pour on the syrup and enjoy. It tasted very good too. I honesty don't know how long it will last considering it's all plastic but if it works for this summer she will be happy!

The box says it comes with two bottle 20 oz each; which it does not. False advertising. It comes with two 16 oz bottles. On box itself it say 20 oz but displays 16oz. The product is good and easy enough for kids to use.
