I love it, I’ve used it 2 times so far my hair air dryes well and feels very soft. I’m in my 2nd year of healthy hair journey after years of high lights and keratin treatments. I’m going to try other products in this line. So far I’ve used the shampoo and conditioner only from this line. I also love the gentle line. Smells so good

However, as a professional stylist, I am not a fan of shampoos that have a ton of lather cuz that typically indicates sulfites that strip color, which was the case for me. The health and quality of my hair didn’t have any noticeable change. I would compare the quality to a Pantene or Nexus product, but better scent and nicer presentation.

With the first use of the shampoo and conditioner a clump of hair came out in the shower. I used it a few more times and hair loss continues. Not only in the shower but daily shedding. I’ve never experienced anything like it before and will never use this product line again!
