Hands down the best eyeliner I've ever used, this is what I use for my makeup routine for school everyday I prefer it over all my other liners.It looks stunning with falsies very bold and dark, the felt tip doesn't leak into my eye or bottom waterline. It glides on easy and doesn't create gaps when creating a wing unlike most I have used before. It lasted for a few months and for me it is worth it for the price < 3

Precision and quality and sooooo black, my goth heart adores this eyeliner. However, get the Ink Liner, not the Tattoo Liner. I have had terrible luck with the Tattoo liner either being dried out immediately, or getting that way within a week or so.

Ever since KVD sold her company the liner HAS not been the same since they came out with this NEW so called formula. Idk why they change what was working.. !

Low pigment, can appear shear. Doesnt last throughout the day and easily smudges

Great liner. At first it doesn't come out right away but give it sometime and it comes out nice and smooth. Easy to use. Lasts all day. I haven't notices any fading or running at all

The product was old. I had to return it. It did not have liquid inside, like it was dry. I will no buy it again. I was very happy when I finally buy it, It was dissapointment. And frustratiin when I was trying to apply it.

Bring back the old version of this eyeliner the new brush is bad

Nice dark color but kind of hurts to apply because it's very hard and that makes it hard to apply evenly.

I have been using the ink liner for over a decade at this point, and unfortunately I've had to move on to Stila. I bought 2 different ink liners in the span of a week and had to return both, because though they swatch okay on the hand they do NOT apply any pigment at all to the lid. It is 100% a design flaw with a recent change, because I can get the ink to flow if I smash the tip down on my hand basically. Seriously, do not buy. I'm guessing this will be discontinued altogether soon.

This eyeliner is great but that felt tip sucks. It genuinely hurt when I was putting it on the color looks great and so far its lasted but dangcthat hurt

Very dark black and stays put all day! Ive tried so many different eyeliners over the years and the Ink liner is the only one that has ever been truly waterproof for me. It dries on the eye quickly. If I am taking a really long time to apply my liner, the pen may seem to dry out while applying my second eye, but I just cap it and shake it a few seconds, and it is wet again! The black has never let me down, but the other colors are the ones that are dried out upon receiving. Always shake the liner before using!

I love KVD products

I have been using KVD tattoo liner for a few yesrs now, and I won't wear anything else! So glad Ulta carries this now; one stop shop! This applies easy, except when it's almost empty. It is all day wear and waterproof! It's perfect for Texas summer.

This liner goes on so smooth and wears all day long. You can't go wrong

I've been using this brand for years because its the only eyeliner that doesn't budge when it's on my eyes but if i could find an alternative that would stay on i would stop using this. The liner dries out or runs out way to easily (I keep them flipped lid side down so they don't dry out as fast but they still don't last much longer) and the brush hairs lift way too easily making it hard to get my liner just right some times. I feel like if the company just put the slightest bit of care into this liner it could be significantly better.

I was hoping that with the new despicable formula for the tattoo liner, I'd find solace in the ink liner. I was wrong. Bad, if not worse than the tattoo liner. Do not get either. It's 2023. I've been using the tattoo liner for eight years. So disappointed.

I shopped around for a while but would always end up coming back to this eyeliner. It was my go-to for literal years. It was easy to apply, would last all day, was super pigmented and smooth. Plus, it made getting your cat eye flick nice and sharp an absolute breeze. AND, as a contact wearer the fact that is was waterproof (mostly) was a major plus. However, I'm not sure what the frenchtoast has happened in the last 6mos or so, but this is a hot pile of garbage now. You can't get a full line before it dries out. It's not pigmented anymore and if by some miracle you can get an entire eye, it flakes off within hours. Hot. Garbage.
