The innovative brush tip lays down semi-matte, blacker-than-black pigment with precise application. This ultra-fine, flexible brush tip gives you full control over your shape and flick. Master the perfect cat eye with the Perversion Fine-Point Eye Pen in four easy steps:
Start by drawing the tail end—align with the lower lash line and extend outwards and upwards.
Draw a straight line extending from the center of the top lash line and draw out until it meets the tail line (this is the outline of your cat eye).
Continue from the center of the upper lash line to the inner corner of the eye.
Fill in the entire area between the top and tail line to complete the look (meow!).

I don't get much room to comment how much I love this product. I only use pencil eyeliner from urban decay because liquid was gone too quick and applied like crap. THIS ONE IS AMAZING AND PERFECT I am in love.

I get maybe one eye done before the tip dries out and I have to cap it and wait for the ink to replinish. Looks amazing while on, but a pain to get it there.

Although it is supposed to be waterproof, it runs when applying on the end of the eyelid. I had not had this problem with other brands

My second-favorite eyeliner. This is my go-to when I'm in a hurry or need something that will last all day. It does sometimes start to vanish as I have very oily skin, but overall it mostly stays put and even when it fades, it never leaves raccoon eyes. Very convenient pen application for travel and touch-ups. It dries a bit tight but isn't bothersome and doesn't flake into the eyes like some other brands. It's a true black but isn't overly harsh.
Like the liner, hate the applicator tip

This works great, but I really don't like the brush tip. It's individual hairs, instead of like a marker tip. When you put the cap on, it catches some of the hairs, and smashes them to a permanent deformed mess. They will never go back to being one uniform tip. The eyeliner itself does work great. Dries nicely, no smudge or transfer.
Best name brand liquid eyeliner IMO!

I've tried every liquid eyeliner in the planet and IMO this is the best "Name brand" liner. The brush tip gives you a flawless wing with its precision. The black dries down to a perfect matte. It is waterproof and applies effortlessly over eyeshadow.

This was the best eye liner I had ever used for a few weeks. Then after awhile the liner would leave a smuge on the top of my eyelid. Applying a Setting spray or primer does not make a difference. If you use an eye lash curler after, the curler takes off the liner. The color is dark and its easy to apply but I am very sad that it transfers to places I do not want it to. The tip of the pen also gets caught in the lid.
I have bought this before and that is why I bought it again!

This is my HOLY GRAIL! I first tried it 13-15 years ago and still use it til this day. The formula is perfect for my sensitive eyes and is truly waterproof. I've tried other liners but always make my way back to this one.

Literally the best eyeliner I've ever used. Doesn't flake or smudge. I can wear it for hours and it still looks fresh and matte. Easy to apply as well, only thing is the tip needs to be tapped a couple times on a piece of toilet paper because it gets a little dry.

I normally always use black liquid eyeliner on a daily basis. My normal eyeliner wasn't in stock, so I needed to try something else. I like this brand, it comes in black, and waterproof sounded like a bonus. It's a sleek little bottle, easy to hold, and it fits well in my makeup bag. That's all I can say that's positive. The bottle bubbles and leaks. The precision is decent, but the color isn't dark/shiny black. It looks more of a matte black. It claims to be waterproof, but it definitely fades as the day goes on, which I really don't like. It also transfers to my upper eyelid a bit, though not as much as some others. I thought for it being waterproof, it wouldn't fade or transfer.. but it definitely does. For the price, leaking, and lack of color saturation, I personally won't purchase this again.

Amazing eyeliner. I love that it’s Opaque and I also like how the pigment is rich black. The precision of this liquid eyeliner is amazing too. Another thing that I like about this eyeliner is that it stays on for a long time until you wash it off.

I really wanted to love this eyeliner.. I even gave it a second chance. But sadly i wont be repurchasing again. My reasons are #1 the tip hairs bend out of shape easily. #2 importantly the actual product oozes out of the pen. By the time you're trying to apply you have to get a q-tip to soak up the bubble of product that leaks. And for the price it's unacceptable. Thanks for coming to my ted talk

Thought I would give the eyeliner a shot since I love the UD eyelid primers. Worked great for 2 days, then whenever I tried to use it, the tip dries out before I've finished half of one eye. I try shaking the tube, drawing on my arm where there's no primer, nothing worked. Also, the brush frayed very quickly. I get more pigment out of grocery-store eyeliner than this.
