I thought this might be more convenient than getting a whole bottle just to do my roots. Pros: easy to mix, bottle/brush worked well. Cons: pricey for the little amount that you get (barely had enough for my part/around my hairline), applicator let a lot of dye out so it was a bit messy, color itself looked great right after but seemed to fade faster then my regular dye. Will prob just stick with my cheaper dye that I get more of and works better

This product is so easy to use my husband did my touch up for me because we are currently traveling and I am away from my stylist! I have a lot of hair and there was enough product to easily do the coverage. It took him longer to apply so I probably had the product on for at least 30 min with no issue. He even picked out the shade at the drugstore:) He held up the sample shade on the box next to my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought number 8 and used it following thebinstruction, but the color went away as soon as I rinse my hair even though on the instruction it said to rinse after 10 minutes the color went away, so I bought the product and did not benefit from it.

I bought a Medium Brown Root Touch-up kit since my hair was medium brown with some old highlights. Can you imagine my surprise when I washed my hair after coloring & my hair turned up BLACK with a little tint of chocolate brown ? I went through all other customer's reviews on this website & there is definitely something wrong with the color formulas coming from L'oreal : all the latest customers saying that their hair came out dark! L'oreal ! What's up ?

Second time I’m buying this and the dark brown turned my hair black. Second time I’m washing my hair in like 4 days of dying it and my hair got darker. I got the dark brown before and it hides grays but this is definitely not the same formula. My hair is legit black. I want to cry.

I have been using #4 for a few years and they must have a new formula. #4 now comes out significantly darker. My roots look black rather than a nice natural dark brown. It does not match my natural hair like it used to. I have to now go through the process of taking it off because it looks ridiculous. Black roots with natural brown-looking hair.

Bought the #7 since my hair is normally dark but have been dyed blonde. My darker roots were coming in, so I thought #7 would be more of a natural color for my roots. Boy was I wrong! Turned everything DARK brown, the same color as my natural roots! Guess I will be gking back to my hairdresser sooner than expected!

I have used L’Oréal 10 minute root coloring kit many times. This time, very disappointing. I use Dark Blonde (7), but when I mixed it together , it was almost black color. I used it anyway thinking it might be a new formula. Well, did not cover any of my gray! Very disappointing! Probably won’t buy again! I love the 10 minute feature, but not anymore for me!
