I’m always on the lookout for lotions containing urea to help soothe my mom’s chronic flaky dry skin that she suffers from due to diabetes and lymphedema. Formulas by Cerve, Gold Bond, and Prequel all worked okay, but this is the stuff is liquid gold. Her skin still looks moisturized 24hrs later and her skin texture and color has improved significantly over two weeks of use. If you haven’t used lotion containing urea before, spot test and don’t use on broken skin or it could cause irritation.

I purchased this for my very very dry cracked heels. Nothing else has ever worked. I saw a dermatologist on TikTok recommended this so I decided to try it and I've been using it for almost 2 weeks and my heels are almost back to normal. I can't believe it I might actually be able to wear sandals again.

This is the best lotion I have ever used. Not only did I wake up with hydrated skin, but it was noticeably smoother after just one night. I've been using it for a week now, and I can also see a huge difference in my strawberry legs. Thank you to the chemist that made this!! This has been life changing. It did slightly sting the first two times I put it on, but that has gone away. Worth it for the noticeable and fast changes.

Definitely big no for me. It stay sticky and I almost feels like it clog my pores all over my body. My skin feels like it is suffering from getting air. I let it dry for 20 mins but I had to go take shower right after. Not talking about the itchiness. Will be returning

My daughter has struggled with eczema and dry skin for years. She doesn’t like aquafor on her skin which was recommended for her for many years. Finally a dermatologist recommended this brand, and this is by far her favorite. She’s been using it for a few years now and swears by it. This lotion mixed in with a clean diet, minimal sugar, and a probiotic, her skin looks healthy, smooth, and no flare ups.

"Warning! Terrible stinging sensation!" is what should have been labeled on the bottle. I thought I was experiencing a neurological issue the nerve pain was so bad. I may try this on my feet, but I doubt I'll use it on my body again. It was so so painful. Please beware!

I love this lotion. I’m 22 years old, have struggled with KP on my arms, and also very dry heals (not cracking). I had heard that urea at a 10 percent concentration, could be anti fungal AND get rid of dead skin cells by promoting cell turnover to get rid of bumps and slighly exfoliate, so i decided to try this out for both issues. It has worked for both issues, BUT i also used glycolic acid from the ordinary, to help really exfoliate the skin barrier. That pair was the best thing I’ve done for my skin. This lotion absorbs quickly, but can leave a slight film on the skin. Not slippery or oily, but more like the feeling of cream once applied. A little spendy honestly but I know it works well. Best purchase idea for me!

I’ve tried other la roche posay items and I would say this is my least favorite. Everytime I initially put it on my face it burns but it doesn’t burn on my body. If you have sensitive maybe stay away from this one

This is the best lotion I’ve ever used. I live in Colorado so putting on lotion was a futile activity. Not with this lotion. It’s amazing. My skin stays hydrated all day. I wake up the next morning and my skin is still soft and moisturized. The exfoliation is amazing too. My watch tan line is gone and some dark spots I had are almost gone as well. I hope they never discontinue this stuff. I’ll use it forever.

Love this lotion; it’s very moisturizing and soothing. However the packaging can be very frustrating and that’s why I’m giving this 4 stars. As you use up the lotion, the pump doesn’t work as well and you need to open it up and pour into your hand. I’ve experienced this with some of their other pump products as well. Please fix because it’s inconvenient and frustrating. Thanks!
