A: There is a code on the bottom of the bottle that would tell us when it was made. The expiry would be calculated based on that date.

New formula has made me break out all across my chest and arms. I loved this product and it was so helpful for me but I literally thought I received a dupe. Unfortunately I will have to look for something different. I didn't even mind the old scent because it worked so well. So disappointed ☹️

It's brown. Dark brown. In both bottles. I called customer service at Advantice Health, and they told me that it's OK if it's brown. They will not refund or replace. Also, expiration dates have disappeared from these bottles. This product is really expensive. Buyer beware.

I've used Amlactin 12% for many many years. So disappointed this has been reformulated. It's definitely not the same, although claims it is. This is watery and uses "Ultraplex", rather than lactic acid which is what made this lotion so great. Some people didn't like the old smell ....but that smell is lactic acid and this has no smell. This did not burn when it went over cuts, which confirms this formula has no real lactic acid in it, like the last. The old formula is what made this brand so popular. This isn't cheap and I won't be buying it again.

My daughter has suffered from the worst bumpy textured skin. I've used expensive high end products and nothing and I mean nothing has gotten rid of them until these. I'm shocked. Yes it freaking stinks people are not lying, but it's worth it in my opinion.

My dermatologist had me try this for a large scaly area on my foot that had been there 10+ years. After a few applications it is almost completely gone. I wiped the excess lotion on my elbows and now they're SO soft. This stuff is the real deal! I also have MCAS with very sensitive skin and am sensitive to scents as well. I'm able to use this without issue.

Does it work? No idea because I barely use it. This has to be the most pungent, worst smelling “fragrance free” lotion I’ve ever used. It makes my eyes and nose burn, it’s got a very heavy ammonia scent.

I discovered this product a year ago and it changed my life and I am so so sad that I won’t be enjoying clear skin anymore. I guess it was nice while it lasted. The smell meant it was working!!! why did everyone have to complain? Now it sucks. change it back for the love of god or please sell me the backstock of old formula.

I had been buying this product for years because it worked. Unfortunately, the new and improved formula is thinner and runnier and now contains phenoxyethanol, an ingredient that I avoid. As soon as my stockpiles of the old formula run out, I'll have to find a different brand of lotion to use to keep the kp on my legs and arms clear. I'm so sad!

I've always liked the results with Smooth skin but was put off a little by The ammonia scent it had And was reluctant to use it if I had to go out of the house. I buy Amlactin Intensive Healing in the pump bottle. The pump won’t pop up on these bottles. It’s very annoying. I also got a bottle for my daughter and she not her husband could get the pump to pop up. I’ve been buying it for several years. And almost every bottle had this pump problem!!

I was walking down the product aisle recently and came across this Amlactin Daily Lotion. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s one of the best lotions I’ve ever used! My KP and skin are looking much better overall. The scent isn’t the most pleasant (kind of reminds me of coffee), but I just put a combo of my fave scented lotion and body oil over it and I’m good to go! I’ll definitely try some of the other products and based on reviews I’ve read, will make sure to use sunscreen as needed.

I can't open the pump. Yes, I'm turning it right, and even holding the thick part of the "straw" with pliers while doing so. Will NEVER buy this product again. Seriously, it shouldn't be this hard
